IRS lawsuit scam
North Dakota

IRS Scam. I am a business owner, my tax reports are 50-70 pages long, I went through an IRS audit, I had the G-Man assign my payments to another person and as a result claim I did not pay my taxes, I am practically on the first name basis with them.

IRS will NOT call you and they will NOT "file a lawsuit against you". IRS will communicate with you IN WRITING ONLY, unless you call THEM or you have an audit scheduled (by mail) in which case you will be meeting a very nice IRS auditor in person.
