Received numerous calls from this number- fax like beep only. Called the number back- CVS- spoke with a representative and they were going to correct the issue.
I work for an insurance company, and this number is legit. Just because your insurance company is not called CVS/Caremark, does not mean you are not affiliated with them. CVS/Caremark is a prescription benefit manager meaning that they process prescriptions. Regardless of what pharmacy you use, your prescriptions would be manage by them if they are the ones that process your prescriptions for your insurance company. If you're not sure, call your insurance company and ask. However, finding the evidence may be as simple as taking a look at your insurance card and seeing "CVS/Caremark" plastered plain as day on your card. I understand the suspicions, but the negativity is unwarranted and undeserved.
I get a call from 480-391-4600, identifying itself as "CVS CareMark." The woman, who behaves quite professionally however tells me that she is calling from my personal, secondary, insurance company, calling it accurately by name. Good guess? I don't know but she ask me for information over the phone that no reasonable person is going to give her. I refuse and she stays professional and continues to convince me that she is my insurance rep and calling me back regarding information that I requested. Wrong!!! She is not CVS CareMark, she is not _______, my insurance carrier. The number comes back to CareMark sure enough but also one of the entries says that it is owned by a Doctor Martin Catero in Scottsdale, Arizona. They're phishing. But this lady is good at her game....one of the best I've ever experienced. DON'T BELIEVE THEIR *HIT!!!
The number belongs to CVS pharmacy. Been receiving the calls for over 8 months. I have attempted to have my number removed but no luck. They all just keep passing it off to someone else and want my info because they think at sometime I must have been there customer. Wrong. Mad beyond words.

I missed call. They left message it was CVS Minute Clinic and gave me call back of 888-861-0484
. I apparently owed them $ for my last visit and had not paid cuz they had my address wrong so I had not received bill. They corrected address and will send me bill.
First time getting a call from this number. I did not answer but the 10 second voicemail said they were calling about my Caremark account. I don't have one anymore. I have blocked this number.
11 years after the first post about this number, and the problem still persists. A Fax number calling a regular number sends the beeping tone and nothing else. They call my work phone multiple time a day.
They called me at 12:47 am. Caller ID saysCaremark RX Inc.. I am certain that is not who they are.
I'm getting repeated calls too. They are coming from the same 480-391-4600 number about every 10 to 15 minutes. Its the same story. Here is a new option. Call these folks in CVS legal department. Bombard their voice mail with calls every time CVS calls you and we'll see if CVS will stop this madness! Look how many years this has been going on!

They keep faxing to my office number and not the fax number, so annoying! Make it stop!
After several more calls, I have register my cell phone with the National Do Not Call Registry and filed a complaint with the FCC.
I have received 16 calls from this number in the past 3 hours. When I answer there is a fax-like beep. I called the number back and spoke with a representative who seemed generally perplexed. She took my number down and said she would forward it on to her technical department. Shorty after that I call, my phone started ringing again from the same number. Ironically, it did not ring when I was on the phone with the rep. This is beyond harassment.
Constant calls with no message left. I looked it up and people are complaining online. So I called back from a different phone and I got an automated voice claiming to be Caremark. I hung up and instead called my provider directly with my 800 number on my own card. Sure enough they have NO record of calling me or needing anything from me. Do not give them any information. Call your provider directly and see if they are trying to contact you. Then block this number. This is NOT a safe number do NOT talk to them through this number, it's not safe!

I'm getting called 4-5 times a day on my work phone.. this is a job i just started couple months ago.. my old job.... CVS CAREMARK.. can't get away from them!!
I WISH THEY WOULD STOP CALLING. THAT BEEPING NOISE IS MAKING ME VERY MAD.
This number calls one or two nights a week, about 3-5 times from midnight to 2 am with nothing but a beeping on the other end. I've *69 the number to get a message about Caremark; I hope I can just block their number.
After I had them remove my number from their calling list they decided to start calling once again...jerks...my number is on a no call list so I'm gonna report their stupid asses!
Little web surfing found out it's CVS Caremark in Phoenix. I have a friend who works for them, must have been calling.
They didn't answer. There was just a weird beeping sound.
