I am going to cancel everythig I have with TD bank, accounts and credit card. I do not care anymore.
I lik the calls, i have no problem wit it. why everyone mad at the fone?????
round my phone -
all these stupid minutes
kicking their way disconsolately
round the hours
Can I pretend
there's no dependency?
Touching you, I flow
kisses complete the circuit
Is there no miracle here for you?
My signal, breaking up
The space where you should be
Bend your ear
Let my kisses whisper in
Do not fear
My arms make a strong O
As all through the centuries
Lovers have been cradled.
Ten thousand-volt desire
Sears my heart
Don't give me e-mail, voice mail
Or any other means of separation
Be here and touch me
My need for you is nothing virtual
How about call them or email them?
You can send an email to SP Data's management:
Dan Plashkes, Partner and CEO
David Borts, Partner, Operations and Technology
Brian Cato, Vice President, Call Centre Operations
1. Dial 1-416-915-2800
2. Wait about 10 seconds to hear more options
3. Press 1 for company directory
4. Key in the first four digits of person's last name.
For IT, key in (9111) and then # to leave him a voice mail.
this place calls my house about 15 to 30 times a day!!! they tell me to hold then disconnect me. this is quite annoying. i called them back and they say they are promoting for bell canada. i have spoken with bell canada about this and they said they have gotten numerous compaints about sp data and that they are not affiliated with them. i have gogled the company and called their toronto number 416-915-3300
, i press 0 and it rings and rings but no one has ever answered. i have even tried their company directory to find the extention for their CEO and i get a recording that the person does not exist. WTF is going on with this company. what do they want? I have spent alot of time on this like hours!!!!!!!!!!!!
I work at SP DATA. I could understand your frustrations but we are an outbound call centre that has contracts with TD insurance and Direct Energy. I do apologize for any inconviniences, but the clients give us the numbers and we dial to to offer certain products that will assist you at home or in your life. Any questions post and I will find a response.
they called again today
BURLINGTON, Ontario here...
Called me today, no one there
I called back, but blocked out MY number
An answering service came on saying this:
Thank you for contacting SP DATA MANAGEMENT Customer Service Centre.......
416-915-3309 continually calls and will not respond to "Hello" and after a pause will loudly hang-up in my ear - very rude - I looked up this number and here I find a am certainly not the only annoyed person - no luck connecting back to remove my number from there list. We live in Burlington, ON.
They call twice a day. usually once in the morning and once in the afternoon. I do not bother to pick it up.
Was assailed by calls & hangups from this number-- and then they called today and I got through. Someone claiming to offer free Toronto Suns finally responded. Refused the Suns, & told her about the panoply of calls. Silence, followed by a hangup.
I get calls from this number 2-3 times a day, usually about two hours apart. i never pick up as im aware that its a telemarketer. reading the posts here about it being dead air on the other end leads me to think its a system setup to log when your most likely to be home so they can pass that info along to a company so they can call during the hours your most likely to pick up. key word pick up..
i just let it ring and ignore the phone.
I called this number back and got a recorded message " Thank you for calling SP Data Management - Customer Service". You can not leave a message because the user's mailbox is full." Then they went on to say "press 22X ro leave a message etc" This is some kind of telemarketing outfit. Same thing though, the phone rings 3 times and they never leave a message. Goes on for days. We are based in Southern Ontario.
(712) 429-0273 calls us evry week . He is a telespammer. Her eare few more telespammers: 416-488-8181
Those are shameless creatures would NEVER QUIT. Government should do something about them.
these guys call almost daily at various times, I would shure like to know who they are.
have been getting calls from 416-488-8181
, which my digging tells me theyre one of those buisness directory rip off companies who try and sell those 327 dollar phone directories you can find in libraries, anyway my guess is theyre connected to this... This is the first time i recieved a call from them (didnt pick up though) likely theyll call again like the rest of these people listed.
I called TD Trust at 1-866-781-2273
. The operator said my number isn't listed with them and when I gave them the number, 1-416-915-3309, the operator said that TD is in no way affiliated with SP Data Management. Was that a cover up? Anyone else have the same problem? Where to go from here?....
I have two lines. They call at least one of them every week day.
I just called TD easyline. The guy was super cool, took me off the list no problem. Hope it works.
Called here first time this evening. Don't answer from Unknown Numbers. My husband likes to answer them and just puts the phone down for a few minutes then hangs up. Telemarketers rarely call back when he does this.
This number calls my cell phone at least twice per day. I haven't answered it so that it doesn't waste minutes on my phone.
I am sick of this. Please make it stop!
Same thing here in Calgary.. 2 times a day.. But I have never picked up.. this has been going on for a week.
Think they would get the hint if I never picked up.
Calls at least once everyday dead air on the other end when picked up.
These annoying people call me every day once or twice each day, for months. It is always dead air when I answer. It is a Toronto based company named SP data management. If you live in Toronto BOMB THEM! PLEASE!
They called again, for the umpteenth time - nobody there of course.
I've sent a note to TD Canada Trust, just in case they have anything to do with this.
416-915-3309 - keeps calling, different hours of the day, noone ever on the line, how do I get it to stop?
416-915-3309 has called us at least 5 times today. I'm getting sooo ticked. We live near Niagara Falls.
Feb 6, 2007, first time, picked up but no answer on the other end at 17:23 H and was not home when the second display occurred at 19:06 H.
In our case, we received a call from 416-915-3309, and it was HBC telling me they had an offer to explain to me, and I said I wasn't interested.
Just this morning @ 9:08, Feb 6th. Call display just says Long Distance. I just stepped out to T.H. for coffee
have missed a few calls from 416-915-3309 "ontario", no message has been left, finally picked up tonight to hear dead air.????? feb.05/07

Richard Douglas Feb 04th, 2007
received call at noon.
called back and it said sp data management did a look up by email and I have a Star Bucks card I have been using does this ring a bell with anyone else.
we just got the call twice today, and we dont even have a TD account. we are even on the national no-call list cause we've had problems before with other telemarketers.
I get these calls from 416-915-3309. It's always dead air and I stay on the line for about 30 seconds and whoever it is hangs up. I also have an account with TD -- maybe this is where they got my number from.
Oh my heck. 4-6 times a day. I started picking up and hanging up on them, but that didn't stop them.
Today I picked up and just kept saying "hello" and nothing else. The woman asked for me by name (but I just kept saying "hello").
Tomorrow, I'm having a whistle by the phone and I'll pick it up and blow as loud as possible.
I'm sick of these idiots. It's been going on for months now.
I shoulda read further before writing prior. TD Canada Trust...one of their brokerage houses. Will end it as advised.
It's 8:00pm EST Toronto - this number called at 7:38pm. No message, albeit, I did not answer. Have seen the number on my phone previously. 411.ca'd it; came up as Call-Net as Provider and a "land line". I'll pay more attention henceforth and update here. T
Another TD number you can try calling is 1-888-781-2273
to have your phone # removed from their call center listing.
I got through to the telemarketer and found out this annoying number belongs TD Canada Trust.
This guy, whoever it is, did an ok job, probably using this number as a shield. My guess he's a regular on IRC, because he slipped up and I heard him typing before it just stopped. Normally it's quiet, then *pfff* as the line goes dead.
Wow. I just tried calling TD. I hope that works, because so far bell, crtc, and the police have made no progress.
I finally picked up their call yesterday (yes, it was TD) and asked them to take me off their calling list. Hopefully they won't call anymore.
Ok here's what I just did. I called the TD 1-866-222-3456
and requested that they stop the calls. The guy said that the calls would stop, as well as their "special offers" like free ipods and digital cameras (yay). If this fails I will make another post here.
enraged goon Jan 26th, 2007
I just received a call from this number for the first time, but I was told that they called yesterday about 3 times. Very annoying.
These jerkoffs call me 2-3 times per day. I never got calls like this till I opened an account with the TD Bank. I'm now considering getting my number changed and not giving the new number to the TD Bank.
enraged goon Jan 26th, 2007
This is what I am going to do: 1. Send them an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and ask them nicely to stop frighen calling. 2. If they don't stop, I am going to file a complaint with the CRTC by going to http://www.crtc.gc.ca/RapidsCCM/register3.asp?lang=E I'm sick and tired of their stupid calls. If they call me once more I will pursue thii to the best of my ability. I'm one vengeful mofo with a lot of time on my hands. Will post follow up on this.
I have been receiving calls from this number on daily bases after new year. I called this number back today using a free internet phone and found out that they are from SP Data Management company(http://www.spdatallc.com). They are what-i-think a telemarketing company. Annoying!
I have been receiving calls twice a day from this number, usually no one is there... however there was someone there today, it was from TD Bank offering some insurance type thing...
This number and 416-882-8951
has been calling me a few times a day for the past few months but I have call display and never pick them up. A search on Rachel's info led to this website:
I think that the best solution is telling everyone not to pick these calls up, then sooner or later they will be out of business!
I have had this phone number contact me anywhere from 2-4 times a day. I have caller ID, but it never shows a name, just a number.I had never picked it up as I hate talking to anyone I don't know. I looked up the number and got this site.I decided to call back and got a voice mail for S.P. Data Management. I would like to find out who they are and why they have been harassing all of you and myself.
I got a call from that number today. I was curious and called it back. There was a voicemail that said the mailbox was full...that's it. It said the company was called "Audix"
Same deal - calls twice per day, around/after 9pm...
Get "John Sulivan" answering machine message...
calls my cellphone a couple times a week, i stopped answering it after two attempts. Im in edmonton, alberta.
same as everyone ... very annoying ... why does Bell allow this to continue
Yup, 7:45pm Monday. Got this call twice, 416-915-3309. Answered the 2nd time but no one on the other end. The line dropped about 3 seconds later. WTF?!
same thing here,,number has been calling us for weeks, always dead air on other end...when I called back I received a message saying this number was no longer in service.....it is grinding on my nerves!!!!
"Nova Scotia" same here, dead air. Check the front of your phone book for instuctions on how to block this # (annoying bastards)
416.883.8951 called me and hung up when I picked up. Called it back and it said this number is not in service.
If anyone ever wants to call a number back but remain anonymous, dial *67 wait for the prompt and dial as normal.
You number will show up as 'Private Caller' and is free of charge.
416-915-3309 calls daily. Dead air, always. I called the number back and it says "Audex" or something like that. Tried to leave a message but mailbox is always full.
they called and no one answered
Cold shock Jan 03rd, 2007
I get calls from this number as well as 416-915-3309
they always hang up.
My guess is its some automated data gathering system (when people are home etc.) It's amazing what someone can do with a free long distance plan.
everyone who gets called from this number should call the ontario police
and report it. They called me multiple times during the evening now and I'm really p1ssed. Other number they also use for calling is 416-883-8951
I think this is a fuc.... telemarketing company who called twice a day for the last week or so.... I hate telemarketers. 'wish there was a law here.
This number has been calling me also. Always dead air just like the rest of you. It has been happening for a few weeks now. Telus has been notified of the problem and said they'd look into it. hopefully they do...
416) 915-3309 called me in Grimsby Ontario. Of course when I picked up in hung up.
I called back and got voice mail saying John Sulivan.Who is this guy?????/
Says Ontario, Calls every week, but it is dead air.
I also have been receiving calls from this #. I called it because I now have 3 charges on my long distance phone bill and nobody in this house knows who they are. All were at work wehn these calls were placed - one was 38mins at 7:10 am. I got the same on the voice mail John Sullivan and there is never anybody at the pick up extension. First person at the telephone company basically said "too bad". After seeing comments on this site I called back - the charges are being reversed and they are opening an fraud investigation. Hopefully this will help you guys and keep an eye on your phone bills.
Got called by this number on my cellphone in Vancouver, Dec 6, 5:43pm. No message.
Another call came in from 416-883-8951
2 hours later. I don't know anyone in the 416 area code.
No one was on the line.
(416) 915-3309 called me in vancouver. Of course when I picked up in hung up.
I called back and got voice mail saying John Sulivan. Who is he?
It calls frequently - but the line is always empty (if we pickup, no-one is on the other end)
Like the others on this site...I get a call everyday from this phone #. Typically between 7:30 and 8:00pm (MST).
Same thing, 2x a day for a while, always dead air. Anyone tell their phone company?
416-915-3309 calls me twice a day every day. It's been happening for months
they called again today - didn't answer as it is always dead air
"Ontario" calls every night - but the line is always empty (if we pickup, no-one is on the other end)
