this same number called me 4 times within 2 days
kayla vance Jun 09th, 2009
I have received a call from this number several times over several days in a row. Once when I was finally able to answer before the phone stopped ringing, I caught what sounded like the tale end of some sort of automated message which asked that I call another number and leave my name and telephone number so someone could call be back!! Needless to say, I did not!! They always call after 5:00 PM...
I get a call everyday from this number for the last 10 days. I dont pick up when it comes. No message left either.
Its a tele-marketing number, make it go to voice mail or call them back if you can get threw and get your number off the list. Good luck they keep bugging the hell out of me hopefully off the list now!!
I add all calls like this to my phone memory, and save it with the name "SPAM" - that way when they call, I see "SPAM" on the caller ID, and I know not to answer it !
406-758-2029 I received phone calls from this number, it might be the church of Scientology or the Free Masons stalking good people.
I don't answer numbers I do not know, my message machince is always full so if they want to waste their time then let them call, or I UNPLUG THE PHONE. If they never leave a message they will never get answered. Only a select few FRIENDS have a number that I answer. I do keep a record of how many and what number calls me so I can take it to court if need be.
So you thinks it's b.s. Ok then you obviously know nothing when it comes to call centers. there is one or two numbers that do come up as the number that is calling you. That's not a lie or anything. They run off of automatic dialers. Yes sometimes the people they have hired get nervous because they are new and they hang up. but sometimes it is the dialer that does that. So when you call that number back that showed up on your caller id and it's busy or it just keeps ringing it's because you're actually calling the dialer back and not the company. It actually is a ligit company. They sell magazines and it's a pretty good deal if you're into reading magazines everyday. So if you want a subscription to vouge or news week ( needless to say there are over five hundered to choose from) then answer the phone and if you don't just answer when you can and tell them to put on their do not call list and that should take care of the problem.
constantly calling my cell phone and hanging up - stop calling - will prosecute - will contact federal trade commission!!!!

Caller asked for my spouse. I asked her, "Who is calling?" The female caller said, "This is a courtesy call" I asked again, "Ok, so who is calling?" She hung up.
I've had this happen for a while now. I just had 2 missed calls from random #'s. Pretty sure it's a scam.
I found this link on another website (http://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/517-931-2251
everyday, same number , no one there when I answer, I am really sick of it!!

Pretty much the same as everyone else, except it had nothing to do with magazine subscriptions. She at first asked if I could hear her, I said no, she (obviously) took me off speaker phone and giggled a lot. She told me she was prompted to call me because I have a history with Visa, Mastercard or Discover. I said Visa debit, but no credit. She said that counted as a Visa card. She then told me I had been entered into a "fabulous" sweepstakes where I could literally win one of 30,000 prizes the best being a million bucks. She asked me a couple of questions - marital status, what I do for work, etc. She said I had to enter a lot to win (I don't know how to enter or how I did enter) and that on Dec. 31 the winners would be called. I'll comment back on Dec. 31 to let you know if I won. lol
sweepstakes entry - 4-5 question survey
they call aaround the same time everyday. i dont answer unfamiliar numbers expecially with a weird area code. they never leave a message so i know who they are. i'm going to have to answer and tell them a few words. EVERYDAY about 6:30 they call.
this number keeps calling myfone and hangs up as soon as I answer!!!
they hang up when i pick up they call me at least once a day
Have received calls from this number before. I don't recognize the number so I never answer the calls. No message is ever left.

I just got a call from this number and I can't answer my phone at work...
I called back and it was busy.
If it was a ligit company, you would be able to get through to them with no prob so I
know this is BS..
last entry on this site....Nina you are a liar.
When I talked to these people and told them that I am not currently subscribed nor have I been for the last 20 years, and I am not interested, they said okay. Then they asked me what kind of credit cards do I have and I told them none. She said, but we show here from your credit report that you have several. So.... I said, well if you have my credit report, then you should know what and how many credit cards I have, so how many do I have? And she said 5. Well, I told her that you must have the wrong credit report because (1) I didn't authorize you to run my credit, (2)I have no credit cards, and (3)your out of your frickin mind if I am going to tell someone over the phone who I don't know my personal information that is none of your concern in the first place. Have a nice day and f*^% off. Then I hung up. Two seconds later I get a phone call from someone else and aoplogized. That second call was from HSBC. Interesting.... very interesting.
I own a Bath & Body Fragrance Store. I do not know who calls my company from this number. I pick up but they never say anything~ Not sure who it is~ www.romanticscents.com

This number called in the morning but I missed it. I tried to call it back but no answer. They called again a few hours later and I answered but then they hung up. I tried to call back again wondering what was going on and then it was a busy signal. Seems like if a number calls enough people and hangs up or it's something weird that there should be a real service available that will find out who it is and stop it....

I just recieved a call from 406-758-2029. A lady called; said she was from montana. stated I was being called b/c i was automatically entered into a sweepstakes to win many prizes, with a grand prize being $1mill dollars. Said it was for preferred customers who own a visa, mastercard, discover or american express card. Asked if i owned one. Asked a couple other quetions before i decided to ask her how i came to being contacted. She again said it was b/c i was automatically entered in a sweepstakes to win these prizes b/c is was a "preferred card holder"; said, winners would be contacted by dec. 31st. The whole phone call was fishy. After i asked that question, she quickly answered, and the got off the phone with me. I registered my number on the "do not call registry", and wrote down the nature of our conversation, just in case i need to recall the phone conversation later on. These types of calls need to stop!
Wanted to talk about my MC Visa or AMEX. Seemed like fishing for info.
This is a company of crooks. They started off by making me believe they were calling from my bank with which I had a card.Asked 4 survey questions which werent very intimadating.Told me I would get 4 free subscriptions for a period of 60 months... each magazine named I refused, but said yes to the subscription which would be $4 a month for US WEEKLY...they went on to tell me i would be entered in a "watch sweepstakes "for taking the US weekly subscription.I repeatedly told them not to send the free magazines... to which the supervisor said I could cancel after getting the first batch.I would be charged 15 installments of $16 each and guess what they actually charged me as my first installment $65..The number they provided for cancellations was a bogus one, SO THANK YOU JESUS FOR PROVIDING THE TOLL FREE NUMBER...BECAUSE I DO PLAN TO REPORT YOUR COMPANY TO THE FEDERAL AUTHORITIES AND ALSO CALL THE 5 MAGAZINES YOU NAMED TO WARN THEM ABOUT THE SCAM YOUR COMPANY IS RUNNING.
They call at least once a day, every day.
I received an unsolicited spam text message from this "company", the very week I got my new cel phone. the originating email was "email@example.com". The domain is parked and empty...I checked the WHOIS database, and the info is below. Essentially, the domain was created the month the text messages were sent out (I know I'm not the only recipient) and the registrar is a company that apparently only deals in bulk (5000+) domain name registrations. Perhaps this "company" had plans for a large scale scam, but the domain they were using got reported. Who knows...

Whoever "EMPLOYEE" is is clearly not an employee of this company. Poor english AND insulting - not a very good representative of the company if he in fact works there. Just don't answer a number you don't recognize. If it's important, they'll leave a message.
I received a call from this number but i didnt answer. from reading these.. how many people did they ask if you could hear them?! I SUGGEST SAYING NO!! us SAYING YES could be tricking us into letting them have info on us, or allows them to talk to us, because they get us saying yes.. even if they ask us if we can hear them, that may not be the question that say they are asking on their end.. get what im saying DO NOT SAY YES TO THEM!!!!!!
Hung up as soon as my husband answered,I was in the bathroom!lol. Wasn't my first call from this #,I have had several, some very late in the evening.
This # is for magazines you may have been swindled into and owe money to.
I got this phonecall today 12/10/07. It is strange that she knew my name.
I'm scared now. I went through the whole process of answering questions from this guy named Micheal and at the end, I asked: Did I just buys something? He said no, but that I will be asked to help out and pay for two mags. I asked if I could cancel at anytime, and he said that we prefer you didn't. I again asked, but I can cancel right? He said no and then when I told him I would not like anything from them he hung up on me. Now that I've read all of these comments, I'm worried that I will be charged. I saw an employee answering questions and was wondering if they could give me a phone number to a manager to make sure that I will not be charged for all of this nonsense?
Duh!!!! I should have read the comments before posting. I won't answer! Why don't phone companies put a "block number" feature on cell phones?
I have received a call today from an unknown number. I don't answer unknown numbers at all. Has anybody answered the call?
We have been on the do not call list for a long time...what do these people want and how can I report them??
We have a new number and it's on the do not call list. We've been on for over 30 days so I will report them.
soooooooooo freakin annoying...i never answer but i call back and i get a busy signal EVERY time!!! this has happened two times
I have been getting calls from this number upwards of five times per day. They have never said anything, save for once. My sister answered (I was at school) and a man's voice said, "3000, 4000, 5000, 6000" and then the line went silent as usual. Creepy.
This is about the 53rd call I have recieved also on my cell phone from this company. I would send them to voice mail as I do not know nayone in Montana (where this area code is originated from. The person calling said his name was Lee and when I pressed him he said that he said his name was Lee Lour (I had to ask him four times before he said this. I aske dhim what he wanted and he said he was with the company that represents all of my magazine subscriptions. ONLY ONE PROBLEM: I DON'T HAVE ANY!! I asked him to remove my number from his call list.
- Go to the do not call list at www.ftc.gov. My plan is to file a formal complaint with the FTC if this number continues to call me. However, you have to wait 31 days after sign up before you can file a fomal complaint. I highly recomend that everyone go to the FTC website. The info there is really useful. For example, it is actually illegal for telemarketers to auto dial cell phone numbers (which I assume is what these people are doing, because the one time I answered the call no one replied).
ALSO THE REASON OUR REP. COULDN'T TELL YOU WHAT MAGAZINE YOU HAD IN THE PAST IS DUE TO THE FEDERAL PRIVACY ACT. WE DON'T GET THAT INFO DUE TO RESPECT OF YOU PRIVACY. SOME PEOPLE, NOT SAYING YOU, GET ALOT OF PORNOGRAPHIC, AND OTHER QUESTIONABLE READING MATTERIAL THAT THEY DON'T WANT PUT OUT TO THE PUBLIC. YES, WE DO CARRY A FEW ADULT MAGAZINES. IF YOU HAVE GOTTEN MAGAZINES IN THE PAST OR CURRENTLY WE ARE NOT TOLD WHICH ONES. YOUR OTHER QUESTION ABOUT WHICH CC YOU CARRY, THE MAJOR CC CO'S ALSO HELP TO SPONSOR THE SWEEPSTAKES THAT YOU "COULD" BE ENTERED INTO. AND YOUR LAST QUESTION ABOUT THE SURVEY, THAT IS TO HELP BETTER GEAR THE ADVERTISING THE MAGAZINES. JUST AS YOUR LOCAL FREE TV CHANNEL,RADIO,ETC. THEY GET THEIR MONEY FROM THE ADVERTISING. THE MAGAZINE CO'S NEED TO KNOW WHAT AGE GROUP,MARRIED,SINGLE,JOB TYPE THAT READS THEIR MAGAZINES. I HOPE THAT ANSWERS SOME OF YOU QUESTIONS. I DO VISIT THE SITE EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE TO SEE WHAT IS BEING SAID ABOUT US, IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER QUESTIONS FEEL FREE TO ASK AND I WILL RESPOND AS BEST AS I CAN. THANK YOU
EMPLOYEE CONTD. Oct 31st, 2007
IN RESPONSE TO MTD, MY NAME IS JOSE. THE REASON FOR ALL OF YOU PEOPLE TO GET CALLS IS BECAUSE YOU WERE PUT AN A MARKETING LIST FOR SOME REASON OR ANOTHER. IT COULD OF BEEN FROM YOU PHONE CO., CABLE CO., ELEC. CO., OR YOU MAY HAVE DONE AN ONLINE SURVEY, OR HAVE GOT MAGAZINES. WE ARE A MAGAZINE DISTRIBUTION CO. WHEN THE MAGAZINE PUBLISHERS NEED EXTRA CIRCULATION THEYCONTACT US AND WE PUT TOGETHER A PROMOTION TO HELP BOOST SALES. WE GET OUR LEAD FROM A LEAD BROKER. YES THEY DO GET THEIR LEADS FROM DIFFERENT SOURCES AND WHAT SOURCES I DON'T KNOW. I HAVE WORKED FOR THE CO. FOR ABOUT 5 YRS. NOW AND WE ARE A LEGIT CO. OUR HOME OFFICE IS IN VIRGINIA BEACH,VA. WE ARE A MEMBER OF THE BBB, AND IN GOOD STANDING. WE GO BY A WRITTEN SCRIPT THAT IS NOT MISLEADING. OUR EMPLOYEES ARE CONSTANTLY MONITERED FOR PROFESSIONALISM, POLITENESS, AND SIGNING OFF WITH THE PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER IN A NICE, PROFESSIONAL, AND SOOTHING MANNER. IF AND WHEN WE HEAR ANYTHING NOT TO OUR STANDARDS THAT EMPLOYEE IS WROTE UP, REPREMANDED, AND OR FIRED. WE "DO NOT" PUT UP WITH "GAS PIPING" OF OUR CUSTOMERS. LIKE I SAID EARLIER EVERYONE ON THIS SITE WAS PUT ON A MARKETING LIST. WE DON'T MAKE THE LIST WE CALL WHAT IS SUPPLIED TO US BY OUR BROKER. YOUR LOCAL PHONE CO. (INCLUDING CELL CO'S) SELL YOUR NAME. DON'T GET MAD AT US, WE ARE DOING OUR JOB TRYING TO GET CUSTOMERS A GREAT DEAL ON MAGAZINES. EVERYONE YOU DEAL WITH, PHONE, ELEC., CABLE, GAS, ETC., SELLS YOU NAME AND NUMBER.
I answered and the woman thanked me for paying for my magazine subscriptions on time. I asked which ones - she said they process hundreds so she didn't know. [One red flag]
She said to enter me into a sweepstakes I should either hold Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. I said I just had Amex. She said that was OK. [Another red flag]
Then she said she needed personal information - was I married or single; was I between the ages 22-35 or 35-70. That was all I was going to answer. I asked for more information about the company and then asked to be taken off of their list. She herself was friendly, but I felt sorry for her since this is so obviously a scam of some form.
I'd like to comment on the Employee who wrote here. You still haven't told us what you do or why you are calling us. And I'm sure being rude isn't going to help here. I have perfect credit, no fear of collection agents calling me. I also maintain this status by being cautious - I have two monitoring systems for my credit report, etc. I also have my home secured with an excellent alarm system. I don't just start giving personal information to people who call me and can't explain how they obtained my number.
I WORK FOR THIS COMPANY AND ALL I SEE ON THIS SITE IS "PARANOID PEOPLE" PROBABLY ABOUT 65-70% OF YOU PEOPLE SAY THAT YOU DON'T KNOW THE NUMBER SO YOU DON'T ANSWER. WHAT DOES THAT SAY ABOUT YOU? ARE YOU AFRAID TO ANSWER BECAUSE YOU THINK THAT IS A COLLECTION AGENCY? IF YOU DIDN'T HAVE CALLER ID WOULD YOU ANSWER? I BET THE ANSWER IS YES! THE OTHER PEOPLE GET TICKED OFF BECAUSE SOME COMPANY IS CALLING TO THANK YOU FOR YOUR PAST BUSINESS. WHAT I SEE ON THIS SITE IS PATHETIC, NONE OF YOU DESERVE OUR SERVICE! PAY FOR YOU MAGAZINES AT FULL PRICE AND LETS HEAR YOU WHINE THEN! ANOTHER THING WHOEVER JANIE CONT. 1 2 &3 IS AN IDIOD AND A LIAR, HEY I WILL GIVE YOU THE BENIFIT OF DOUBT, BUT IN YOUR COMMENT YOU SAID SOMEONE SAID "UUUUUHHHHHHHHHH" FOR A MINUTE AND A HALF DID YOU REALLY STAY ON THE PHONE THAT LONG LISTENING TO THAT? I DON'T THINK SO, YOU ARE LYING! I HOPE YOU PARANOID PEOPLE HAVE A NICE PARANOID LIFE.
I got calls from this number with no message. It says "Service Association" when the Caller ID picks up.
Answered phone but no one was there.
Rude woman named Jennifer hung up on me when I said I did NOT want Weekly Whatever Magazine that she wanted me to pay $3.something a week for the next four years. Should I worry that she asked which CC company I like best? I didn't give out my info, but she did start reading out my address to me. I'm going to watch my accounts very closely.
i got this called on 10-19-07 and i would like to know who is call from.
pretty much the same as everyone else except the girl identified herself as "jasmine" and then asked if i could hear here and then started talking about magazines.
they didnt leave a message and they called my cell
Called me three times in the past 2 days. I answer they hang up.
This number calls my cell phone, when I pick up, it says "disconnect" calls 2-3X a day. irritating!
I just happened to check this number again and who ever JD is that put a message on here on 9-29-07 is an idiot! You told me to shut the "F" up. You put you info out, not me! Heck, you could't even spell my last name right even when its on this site! I'm sure the only job you have is flipping burgers at you local McDonalds. Hope you make tons of money you low-life! I bet I make atleast 5X that you do!
Jim Maclovich Oct 05th, 2007
Can't call these people back. Number is always busy. Call numerous times in one day.
Jim Macklovich needs to Shut the Fuck up.....if I didn't sign up for anything....I don't want to be randomly called for useless BS....

I then recieved a phone call at approx. 1:30 pm on 9/22/07 from a man named "Jason" from an Unknown number. He then said "Hello, Jamie i'm calling long distance can you hear me ok?" I said Yes I can hear you and I want you to put me on your DO NOT CALL LIST and I NEVER want you to call me ever again. He, in the background got extremely annoyed and said "Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" for about a minute and a half, I said "Hello" and he said "Uhhhhhhhh" for about 30 more seconds and then quickly hung up. I am on the national DO NOT CALL list, so if they call me again, TRUST ME, I WILL sue thair ASSES off, and get them for all they're worth since they are HARASSING hundreds or thousands of people on a daily basis. They have cleaned out some people, I have read, so BEWARE!!

He asked me if I would give him a good reccomendation since he was new to the company. I asked his name again and asked what company he was with and he told me he was with Service Associates based in Montana and that he could see Glacier Park out of his office window. He wised me a good day and we hung up. His supervisor called me on a Private number, and asked me how "Jim" was, and I said he was pleasant, she then proceeded to talk really fast until i got confused and caught her say something about how she was going to go ahead and run my credit card $3.95 a week or month (I don't remember which) and I quickly stopped her and asked her when the hell I ever gave my consent to that, and that I was told I was recieving these magazines for free, and she said well who told you that, and I said Jim did, and I told her that I did not want any of this bullshit and DO NOT CHARGE MY CARD EVER. She then said "Are you kidding me?" and I said excuse me, am I kidding YOU? You must be kidding me, and how did you get my credit card number in the first place? and she did not answer me and quickly hung up the phone.
Jamie contd2 Sep 23rd, 2007
I asked him where it would be mailed to and he read my address out to me. He then listed 4 credit card names and asked which one gave me the best service, and I didn't know what to say so I told him which one I liked best. He then asked me 3 questions: 1. Are you single or married? 2. How old are you? And something else I don’t remember. He then told me that I was also getting 4 complimentary magazines sent to my house, and he was also going to send me a list of all the magazines that they had and if I liked any of them better to call and have them switch them out. He then said when my "free" subscription was up i could choose to pay a $3.95 fee every week or month to get more magazines. I said I would think about that offer, and asked him if I HAD to do the subscription once my free trial was over ad he told me that I did not have to. So I said thank you very much, and he told me that his supervisor wanted to talk to me to tell me how much she appreciated my good payments, that she would call me back in 5 minutes because I was too "VIP" to be put on hold.
Jamie contd Sep 23rd, 2007
This is some kind of marketing group by the name of "Service Associates" and i received a call from the number (406) 758-2029 at approx. 2 pm on 9/21/07. The man called himself "Jim" and when I answered he said "Hello, Jamie, i'm calling long distance, can you hear me okay?" I said "Yes." He then started telling me that he was calling to let me know that I had been entered into a $25,000 sweepstakes just for being a preferred customer. I asked what I was a preferred customer for, and he told me it was because I was such a good customer and had paid for all of my magazine subscriptions on time. I asked him what magazine he would be referring to, and he told me that he didn't know because he wasn't allowed to have access to that info. He then proceeded to talk quickly telling me I was going to be entered to win some car and that I am getting a complimentary real quartz watch with a real diamond in it that was going to be mailed to me.
Got a call saying thank you for paying for your magazine subscription in a timely manner.. we don't get subcriptions to magazines!
ive been getting calls from this number every day the past few days, if they call again ill give them 2 options, if they call MY CELL again, i will sue their fucking asses for everything they got, that is illegal!
9/17/07 they called yesterday and today. I tried to answer the second time but there was complete silence. I recently signed up for a free magazine subscription so maybe somehow the company got my cell number from who I got the magazine from....anyone else do the same?
I'm getting them a few times a day now. This all started when I started signing up with Publishers Clearing House sweepstakes.
For some reason, no one responds when I pick up from this number, and the call drops after about 7 seconds, every time.
I received several calls from this # at least 2x a day. I wish they would stop calling my number, very annoying. I don't answer a # i don't know.
Got a call from this number on my cell. Didn't pick up because I was at work, but they didn't leave a message either. Called the number back later and kept getting a busy signal.
I have received several calls from this number. If I don't recognize a number I usually don't answer. To stop the calls I finally answered and a woman said I had been entered into a sweepstakes to win stuff.
She said she representated a magazine publisher that represents over 250 magazines. I was on their preferred customer list for paying my subscription on time.
I don't get any magazines so red flags went up.
I asked her where she got my phone number from and she stuttered and hung up.
At least 2 calls a day, when answered no one is there. Very irritating
I have gotten this call 2-3 times a day. I had enough one day and finally answered by saying, "Do not call me again." The called laughed and asked if I knew who he way. I replied, "Yes, you're the person calling me several times a day." I went to the do not call registry to sign up my cell phone. They say it isn't necissary because telemarketers aren't suppose to call cell phones. They let up for about a week, but I go another call from them today. I called the number back and got a recording and I left the message to stop calling my phone.
these jokers keep calling my office. Note to the people who work there and are leaving abusive messages on this chain: We don't answer the phone because we don't want to be bothered with trailer trash who 1) can't get real jobs and 2) can't follow the federal guidelines for telemarketing. Thanks for asking.
2 calls in 2 days,
when I answer no one is there.
I also have gotten several calls from 406-758-2029 on my cell phone. I have it on silent while I am at work so I only see the missed calls. But no voice mails. I try to return the call and no one answers. How do they get my cell phone number???
A guy called asked who I was then hung up. I have this number calling me frequently on my caller id, but never a message.
i just got another call from them and it was a supervisor named mark or mike. my husband asked for the company name , he said it was "service assotiates".

I have been getting calls from 406-758-2029 for over a week between 9 and 10 am- Hawaii time. I finally answered and the person said she was calling about magazine subscription (I did not have one). I told her, "Sorry, you must be mistaken." She said, "Well maybe one that has expired?" I told her "I do not have one of those either." She apoligized and has not called since. I should have said that from the beginning. Looking at the advice from numerous websites that have a problem with this caller helped.
i got a call from this number and it was some lady asking for Devin....
i got a call from this number, i could hear someone breathing on the other line and then they hung up. wtf?
2nd time they called. when I answer they hang up.
I work for this co. and alot of you people are to paranoid to answer your phone. Would you answer if you didn't caller id? Just because you don't know the # you choose not to answer. If you are that scared to answer what are you hiding? I have worked for this co. for going on 4 yrs. I only found out about this site yesterday, now that I see what is on it I am frustrated because everyone that is complaining is too paranoid to answer their phone. I will tell you what we are, we a magazine co. that offers preferred customer benefits to our magazine readers. If we are calling you then you have had a mag. or sent out a gift sub. or you have done something to get on a calling list.We represent over 300 different magazines, if we were a scam, don't you think that the magazine publishers would be on our ass? We sell every mag from "All About Beer" to "Guideposts", from "Ladies Home Journal" to Playgirl"! Alot of what I have read on this site is BS! I know the script and I know what are reps are saying. We monitor calls at random for quality and legal reasons. If choose not to answer you phone, don't complain! If you have not had a magazine, then realize that you gave out info that put you on a calling list,It's not our fault that you gave out personal info. If anyone has any question our toll free number is 1-877-638-3518

i keep getting calls from these clowns too.
I feel better. I just called and yelled at them. They have annoyed me on a monthly basis and i'm tired of the harassment.
I got the message on 5/29/07 around 11:30 Washington time and i called back and no one answer. I decide to got on the internet. And i am glad that i did. Thank you for having this site. So that people like me can know about stupid people like them. What i am going to do is save the number on my phone and label it "sham dont answer it". That's one way of know it means trouble dont answer.
I received a phone call as well from 4067582029. I didn't pick it up bc i didn't recognize the caller. I am glad that I check with whocalled.us and find out that his is nothing but a scamm artists. Thank you guys for having this website. It is very helpful.

Hello all, I'm from Hawaii and I get a call on my cell phone from 406-758-2029 about twice a day. Once in the late morning and again in the early evening. It's been going on for a few days, maybe since around May 18, 2007. I never answer because I don't recognize the number and I don't call back because if they don't leave a voice mail, then it's obviously nothing important. I've gotten so used to their calls that when they missed a day once, I was actually quite sad that they had forgotten about me like that lol.
It must be terrible to work for that company. They have to put up with angry people calling them back and giving them a piece of their minds because they're so sick and tired of being harassed by a company that makes their workers so rudely hang up on the people they call. Must REALLY suck lol. I knew a telemarketer once, who told me she cried at work every day because the people she called were mean to her. They need to get better jobs lol.
Anyway, thanks for creating this site! At least now I know who my "secret admirer" is (hey, a girl can dream, can't she???) hahaha. Have a good day all and happy call-dodging!
I got called wen i was in class, and got my phone taken away, then i called back to see who it was, and there was no answer.
This number has been calling me all week and not leaving any voice mails...calling at random times during the day...so finally just now I pick up and some sketchy guy was thanking me for paying my magazine subscriptions on time...yada yada yada...and then was like, "you do still have a MasterCard/Visa....right?" And then.."Which one works best for you?" I immediately felt like it was some type of scam so I told him that it was a bad time. Like the other posts, I could hear lots of commotion in the background (other people calling/talking). WEIRD. Don't give them any information. Seems awfully shady to me!
They've been calling my cell for the last three days, I havent answered since I didnt recognize the number, looked it up online and found this site. Looks like I'm not the only one...
They called, but I wasn't home; I saw it on my caller ID, but they did not leave a msg.
kept on receiving phone calls from 406-758-2029 and it is showed on ID caller as Name unknown. This number frequently calls about three or four times a week on my cell phone. When I returned the call I get a busy signal.
Have any of you noticed the main calls are to a cell phone? How many of you have sprint? I do and for one I am wondering if they have not sold my number. I use my cell as my main number but i never give it out. I just tell people who ask there is no phone. Yet these people got it.
I got the call at 8:00 pm and they disconnected when I answered
