Got my insurance info and documents in the mail, all good. I checked with local insurance co, they said it was a good contract. thanks wells Fargo and Minnesota life.
Just got the call, very professional and courteous people. I enrolled and will be getting my packet in 10 business days, I will make another note when i get it in the mail. TO BE CONTINUED

The supplemental policy i just purchaced is outstanding and affordable. I checked it out thru my lawyer and he said it is not a scam, 100% on the up and up. keep it going you guys. sorry to see so many people say such terrible things about you all. and ask that your account be flagged for NO telemarketing and sales calls from the bank or bank affiliates, you might be able to cut down some of the calls. I have done this repeatedly, but some Wells Fargo affiliates still call regardless of my preferences.
The best way to stop these calls is to find another bank for your business..... a bank that respects your privacy and doesn't do telemarketing for customers that hate telemarketing.

Calls everyday and hangs up on me when I ask to not be called anymore.
This number called me at 8:39pm and they call daily. It is now 11:46pm and after reading these comments I attempted to call back to have my number removed from the list. I got a "this number is not a working number" spheel by the operator. Oh well!

Frequent calls, no message if the answering machine picks up. I answered yesterday, and they were trying to sell health insurance. I told them my number was in the FCC Do Not Call database and requested that they take me off their call list. Calls are continuing. I will record calls and report to FCC.

The Federal Do NOt Call List does not apply if you have a current business relationship with the bank that we are calling on behalf of, you have to be put on our Do Not Call list. As for calling up untill 9:00 PM we hate it. Please complain to the owners and your bank about the hours, hovever it is legal untill 9:00 PM, individual employees have no control of the time the automatic dialor calls you, its a machine. And God forbid, if someone mispronounces your name, the employee has approx. 1 second between the time your name pops up on the screen and the time you say hello. As for the people who do the talking, we are required to give a certain number of rebuttals by our employer after you say no, we hate it, but we will get written up if we dont do it correctly. We are just people who need a job and live in an area where there arnt many. So the next time you scream at one of us "what part of no dont you understand," the only reason we kept going is because there are people listening in to our calls making sure we are arguing with you correctly, just waiting to pounce on us. So if you are angry with us, we understand, we dont agree with a lot of the things we are told to do. Save your anger for the Bank who hired the company to call you, and the OWNERS of the company we work for, not us or our supervisors.
Lets just say I used to work there. First of all we were not allowed to leave messages on answering machines, we were supposed to set that as a call back. Also if the person hangs up when you pick up the phone its because for some reason there is a lag time between when you answer the phone and when your name pops up on the screen of the computer of the person who is calling you. It is not a scam, your bank hired us to call you, yell at them. Also, ask to be put on our do not call list if you wish not to recieve more calls, you MUST say the word list, just saying "dont ever call me again," wont work for the next offer.

After I answered the call,
the calling woman read me some incomprehensible insurance -related info, then asked me to confirm my name/address. I did, and she asked my DOB. I didn't give it of course, but it is very suspicious. Looks like some identity theft technique.
This number calls all hours of the day, 6 am to 10 pm. Calls about 10 times a day. Have tried to remove our number from their list and the gal told me that our number doesn't excist in their system, so I would like to know how it calls us??? Seems fishy!

I just called the number back, and responded to the prompt which states "If you do not wish to receive calls from us, leave your information". I left my phone number, and asked them to not call me anymore. Let's see if it works.
These fools don't even speak if you answer the phone. Called numerous times.

" and spoke to a real person. He said it is an automatic system that is calling about homecoming mortgage special offer. I gave him my phone number and he said he would remove it from the system.
Custom Response appears on the CID screen. When answered, no one answers back.
Have reported to California Attorney General, FTC and Do Not Call Registry.

I receive a call from this number daily while at work. Most of the time, they hang up, but I've spoken with someone twice. When I tell them this is a business line and to take me off the list, they apologize and say they will. Now, they call and hang up.

We have received several calls from this number and everytime we answer the phone your company rep hangs up without saying a word. Frankly, we are sick and tired of this and would appreciate it if you removed us from your list and the rudeness of your employees.

Multiple calls over several days time, no message on answering machine. I do not answer because I did not conduct ant business with this company.
