This was Heather, Rachels girlfriend from Card Holder Services. First call I've received from Heather although her reputation preceded the call. Unfortunately this was a robo call to my cell phone which is a first for either Rachel or Heather. Now I get to file to complaints, one with the FTC and one with the FCC. When I got home I also had a call on my landline from 971-220-1787 that showed a caller ID of Lower Interest. Just checked my voice mail and found that it was Heather's girlfriend Rachel offing me a lower interest rate on my credit card. That means two complaints to the FTC and one to the FCC. Wonder if they want to try for four not that it will do any good.

This is very weird and disturbing. I live in the 360 area code of Washington state and have a cell phone with that area code. I called a friend in the 408 area code in California. While speaking with him he received a call (yes, during our call) on his cell phone which we were talking on from this number. Something seems seriously amiss here. My 360 area code is a bit off the beaten path and the city of the point of origin is just 24 miles south of here. What are the odds of coincidence that they would specifically call my friend in California while I was still on the phone with him? I will call Verizon and report this.

Called my cell moments ago but failed to respond to my greeting ... Now added to my "annoying caller" contact.

They called my cell phone. I do not know how they got this number, but I do not want it called again.

Telemarketing robocall operation SCAM using new numbers in case the old ones are blocked by customers.
Starts with: "HI, I'm Rachel, from card member services...."
