They call 4-5 times a day. I DO NOT have a credit card...so I usually dont answer..but it gets anoying them calling all the time. FINALLY they call and I push#1 to talk to someone and blow a whistle in their ear...They have only called here 1 time today...LOL....and if they call back I will do it again
What can be added that hasn't been said. These low life's call repeatedly, in violation of DO NOT CALL LIST. What a joke, report time and time again and nothing is done.
Have a whistle ready; press 1; when someone (live) starts to speak; blow the whistle. Gives me great satisfaction to know they can't hear for a few minutes.
This company calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by playing a recorded message with no operator on the line. Their recorded message tells you that this is your second (it isn't they call repeatedly) and final (highly doubtful, as they keep calling) notice to lower your interest rates. When you do get to an operator, the operator hangs up if you ask for his name, let along the phone number, physical address, or company name - all of which they are required to provide when asked by the TCPA. In addition, these are *ALL* questions that 100% of legitimate businesses would gladly answer when asked by someone they wanted to do business with. This is clearly a scam to get your personal and banking information and either rip you off directly, or commit identity theft, if not both. Do not provide this scammer with any information.

These are the same idiots behind card services.
They were disguising their name, but now are brazenly displaying it. They know they are immune from prosecution because they use a part of their criminal income to bribe Congressmen for protection. We have an election coming up this year. If you vote for any Democrat you are voting to keep these criminals in business.

SCAM , DO NOT give them any information. Ask them a simple question,,"Which bank do you work for?" they hang up instantly.
Better yet get a newer phone that lets you block numbers,,they call first time, put them on blocked list and you will never
get a call from that number again.

This is likely tied to the Pacific Telecomm Caller ID Scam. This company sold its entire block of 77,000 lines to a telemarketing company that has many violations against it. They discovered that since other companies have to pay Pacific Telecomm a tiny fee for the caller id info that is transmitted by them, that they can make 10s of thousands of robocalls a day and make a lot of money from it if they never talk to a single person or if no one ever buys into their various scams.
Because of this they don't care if you want to be removed, they get paid for calling you over and over and have zero concern that the calls enrage you.
Last I knew the Feds and at least a dozen states were looking into shutting these people down. The problem is with 77,000 numbers that they constantly rotate through for their outbound calls, that any individual line likely has only a few complaints against it. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you register complaints with the FCC and your state attorney general's office for every single call you receive if you ever want this to go away. Until they build up enough complaints against multiple numbers associated with these people they have trouble shutting them down because the laws are apparently all written based on infractions by a specific number tied to a telemarketer.

This number is a solicitation to lower your credit card rates. They call my home at least once a day. Every time I attempt to ask them to take my number off their call list they immediately hang up on me. This is harassment.
