Got call said was giving $69 for a survey, I hung up!
They called me said they had a legal research project they would like me to participate in. They asked me a bunch of questions to see if I qualified, I did. The project was for two days 9-4 (they let us go early 2nd day) and the pay was $400. Legit company!!
Has called me twice so far. First call said I would get $40 for answering a music survey. I answered their questions, then they told me to get the $40 I would have to attend another survey in person at a hotel. Ok, no problem. So I answered some more questions and they said I was qualified to attend the survey. They got all my personal information including my address, and told me what hotel to go to and what day and time to be there. When I thought that was the end of it, The caller then said she was connecting me to her supervisor for "quality assurance" or something like that. The "supervisor" came on the line and said I didn't qualify goodbye. What a scam to get personal information!
The next week they called again with the same spiel. As if I'm stupid enough to fall for this twice.
I know the lady that owns this company and have participated in their music survey's before. It was actually a lot of fun and I made $50!!!
called three times this morning (10/10/06). First time said they were offering $100 if a woman in the house was willing to participate in research. We declined. The next time was a hang up about 20 minutes later, and then the third time said "sorry wrong number" when we answered.
