LOL Chase sucks! They always call me every month from the 1st on. I always make my payments every month but after notifying them that I have to wait until the 5th till my pay check clears my bank. they still call me my record for the day is 27 times. I film it and record the people after I wait on hold when they call if I decide to answer. They always yell at me and go " WHERES YOUR PAYMENT" and threaten repo now call my friends and family. I just wait till the very last possible day to pay them before I get a late charge. I am not broke or nothing but its insane these people this all started because they were rude to me and once took money out of my account when they asked if I was going to use the same bank account I said yes and made my payment and they also took out a payment for the same amount without my permission. For me right now its just games to see if they will repo my car with thier threats but they never do. Yo TP you must work for these lames or you like the rest of us get constant calls. Your a punk and I would love to kick your @$$!

Chase never, ever stops calling starting from day one of date the payment is due.

To TP: You need to realize that not all of us have the ability to pay our bills "ON TIME" in this stuggling economy we have been facing for some time now. Surely you must know that we are in the midst of a recession, or maybe you don't know that? If not, guess what? We are in a recession! Maybe you have the resources available to "PAY YOU BILL ON TIME" but that does not apply to everyone. Maybe its you who is the weak minded 'winnie'? I mean, why else would you be on this page if you paid your bills on time? If so, you wouldn't be getting a phone call from Chase so what is your reason for reporting the call in the first place? Maybe you are just here to harass the rest of us? If that is the case, you are most definitely the weak minded 'winnie,' of the group, and not the rest of us. How rude can you be? Geez...

Its Chase - again. The calls never stop. Every time I'm late, they call no matter if its even just a day or so past the due date. I always pay them especially since I had my last car reposessed by a diferent bank while I was out of work for a few months and couldnt pay them.

I am so sick of Chase. They call day in and day out no matter if I am one day past due or 10 days past due. I explain to them my situation and they are all like oh not a problem we will just update your account. Then the next day they call again, and the next day and the next day. I am so fed up with them that i won't take their calls cause they cause me so much freaking stress. and i have done some research on them. because of all the bad publicity and lawsuits from pre-mature repo'ing that they have done in the past, that they made it part of their policy that unless the payment is 60 days past due, they will not repossess.

Chase Auto Finance "collections".
Our account was on an automated withdrawl setup, and was current and on-time for 5 years. Chase cancelled the very last payment, and therefore we "missed" our last payment. CORRUPT, UNETHICAL, ILLEGITIMATE business practice!!! Never do business with them!

had this happen for months... and the money was always in the bank for them to take.{we had auto pay}. they would wait till it was past due and then call every hour on the hour!!... and they fed-ex me a note saying "we are gonna re-po your car" signed with a big smilie face at the bottom!!!..then they even sent a re-po man!!!.. after the hubby deployed to Afghanistan, they started calling again.. when i answer they would ask for him and when i told them were he was they would hang up on me!!!... this went on for a month or so then they E-mailed my hubby in Afghanistan and told him to fix it {yeah.. inbetween dodging bullets and IUD's i am sure he will have time for that!!}.. so he refurred the girl to me... FINIALLY, they would talk to me!!... come to find out they had the wrong routing number for my account all this time.. IT WAS THIER FAULT!!!!!!!... the lady was nice enough to drop all my late charges for me... But seriously.. if you have a loan from these people... refi with someone else!!!! they are unrealiable..and rude and as we can see.. not to damn bright..... funny.. they b***h for their money while they are borrowing it from the goverment... I am so sick of these calls. It is Chase, but it infuriates me because they don't update their records in a timely manner. My payment is due on the 20th. I can't always make my payment on exactly that day. I paid my payment today before noon at a branch, and I am getting these calls non-stop tonight. I could see it being this morning or yesterday, but sheesh I made my payment already, I should not be getting calls about it, especially since I made it before noon!

This is a call from Chase Auto Finance. My wife has a car loan through JP Morgan Chase and whenever she is even ONE day overdue on her payment - BUT still well within the grace period, they call nonstop throughout the day. Looking at my caller ID, I can find calls made from JP Morgan Chase, this 'unknown number' which this page references, and Chase Manhattan. Over the past 4 days alone, they ALL have called for a grand total of THIRTY TWO TIMES. In only FOUR days. You can draw you own conclusions, I just presented our experiences with them. Never again will we do business with this company due to it's mafia-like style of collection practices, or any of it's affiliates. Side note: As I was typing this, JP Morgan called. What a coincidence... Make that thirty three calls in four days, and they WILL keep calling. I will bet on it. And they never, ever leave a message either.

If you look on the back of a chase credit card (or platinum card) you may see the following customer service numbers:

Chase
1-800-441-7681 (English) within the US
1-800-545-0464 (Spanish) within the US
813-884-2997 (Collect) outside the US

Chase Platinum
1-800-334-0601 (English) within the US
1-800-545-0464 (Spanish) within the US
813-884-2997 outside the US

My guess is that if you are getting calls from numbers that do not start with 800, it probably has to do with collections.

it's chase auto - they will call and if you answer ask you to call them ( or to pls hold for a representative - yeah right - call me and then ask ME to hold...) when it's a recording asking you to call them it is always at a time they aren't even open/available for a callback - why call a "CUSTOMER' and ask them to call you when your office isn't even open????

I have been getting phone calls from this number up to 10-15 times a day. If we answer, we get a hang up. Today someone was on the other line claiming to be from a well known bank. I called her on it and she got nasty. I'm sure it's some kind of phishing sceme.
