I'm a Cleveland area resident & received a call from this Akron # today, only to hear a recording. I waited. Gentleman who came on began immediately asking for MY name. I asked to verify, "So this is Senior Benefits, correct?" He said yes. I asked how his company got our #; he claimed he didn't have that info (of course!) but speculated it was due to a "prior purchase" or "concerned family member." My husband & I are in our 40's, btw. I said that's inaccurate & that our number's been on the DO NOT CALL LIST for several years. He assured me our # would be removed & hung up immediately. Trouble is, our # shouldn't have been on their company's list to begin with and it's clear they didn't check the Do Not Call list as required by law.

The number belongs to some telemarketing clowns offering a "senior benefits program".
