Watch out - sometimes callers will ask a question to get a recording of you saying "yes" so that they can use this as legal evidence in pursuing you in some sort of fake commitment scam!

I answered the phone but said nothing just put it on speakerphone to see what would happen. A couple of beeps from a computerized system connected it to a live person who said - Hello this is Mike from Senior Center. Can you hear me? and then I hung up and blocked the number. WTH is "senior center" and why on earth would someone like that be calling ME?

The "11" for the country code denotes international caller. I am in the U.S. I don't have any reason that I know of for 11-323-525-8506 to be calling my phone. It is spoofed to come up LosAngeles. Yes, 323 is a LA area code prefix, but the country code for LA is simply 1. Here in the U.S. when you see "11", it means it's an internationally placed call. Don't let the caller ID fool you. I didn't answer the phone.
