Very frustrating. Just filed a complaint to the States Attorney Office. I have tried numerous methods to get off the list and it appears to be out of my hands. I will now see if my tax dollars are a waste of money. I am still searching for the physical address to these jokers.

I've had similar problems from these folks. I just moved so the do-not-call-registry hasn't had time to process my new number. For all who have had problems with this unprofessional company, here's a site where you can file a complaint:

You ask, nicely I might add, to be removed from their call list and before you can complete a sentence they hang up on you. The number on caller id is 323.429.7512.

I can relate to everyone's comments
I even tried playing along and got hung up on after I said I wasn't in debt. I tried again and as soon as I said one word she hung up on me again!!!

I followed one suggestion and emailed the Utah district attorney: districtattorney@slco.org.

Keep getting calls from here. Pre-recorded message
sounds like "Hello! Our records indicate you can't
control yourself with money...." I talk to someone
and tell them I don't know where they're getting
their information, but I have about $100 total
debt to my name at this time. They just hang up.

Next time I'm gonna play along to find out what
kind of interest and fees they're trying to
scam up from people, then start complaining
like hell....

The recorded message says I have $2500 in debt. I don't have and debts, even credit cards. They always say it's the last time they will call, but they're always lying about that, too. The FCC should do something about this. It's harrassment, at the least. It ties up the phones that WE pay for and, by ringing our phones, DEMANDS that we drop whatever we were doing, no matter how important or even VITAL, and answer their call! This is only one example of miss-use of telephone service. There are many.

This is an automated telemarketer that tells you to "press one" if you want to talk to someone about getting their services. When you get them on the line they ask you if you are interested in buying and by the time you say "no and please dont call this number again" they have long since hung up and therefore your demand wasn't recorded and they will indeed, call again.

I stayed on this time to get some "debt" help even though I don't need or want it! I simply wanted them to stop calling me!! The lady hung up on me as soon as I said I wanted my number removed from their calling list, professional right? I wish I could call them every day and hang up on them... what a joke!

This number keeps calling saying, I have debt and ASKED THEM to call me, to reduce my over $2500,00 debt.
I NEVER called THEM, they call about every day, sometimes more then once a day.
Today I stayed on the line, a female answered, I think she said her name was Bianka and said I can help you to reduce your debt, I said I don't have any, and she hang up on me.
I want it STOPPED, please.

Same as the others - my office keeps getting calls I've called the number on the recording many times to ask them to take me off their phone list - they just hang up on me. I tried pretending that I needed some debt help to get to talk to a "senior agent" and they hung up on me again - is there any place that we can report these people?

I have the exact same experiences as Jennifer. The lady on the other end sounded Asian. The second you asked for a manager she is off the phone.

Our business has received calls from this number, and the caller ID says "Debt Sol". I had the same experience as Jennifer- someone talking like they are talking directly to you, but it turns out it's a recording. Once I dialed "1" to speak to someone (so I could tell them to stop calling) the person sounded so loud, like they were yelling. When I asked to be transferred to someone I might be able to hear a little better, I was hung up on! I think maybe I should call them and hang up on them.. lol. I should try one of the tollfree numbers though :)

I picked up the phone, a male caller started talking and saying I had recently contacted them about my debt (which I hadn't). I tried to stop him mid-script, but he kept talking. I started saying, "Hello", "Hello"...he kept talking (it was definitely a human being, not a recording.) I hung up the phone. Then I called the number back. A woman picked up the phone and asked me if I wanted to speak to a debt agent. I said no, but I would like to speak to a manager. She hung up on me. I tried calling back twice and the call would not go through. I then called from my cell phone. When the woman picked up, again, and asked me if I'd like to speak to a debt agent, I told her not to hang up on me, that I'd like to speak to a manager...and low and behold, she hung up on me. I'm looking into how to report these people.

These people keep calling my new unlisted phone number.
When I answer it is always a recorded message stating that "we have talked before & they can help consolidate my debts" When I asked to speak to an agent & ask them to please remove our number, they hang up on me.
They call 6-7 times a day...they are aweful
