Who Called Us

This caller identifies themselves as Capitol One. I receive many calls
a day of various numbers from various states claiming to be Capitol One.
I have spoken to at least several representatives to clear up this matter.
Each time I have requested that the representaive look up my name and phone
number. The representative confirms that there is NO account for my name and
phone number and appologizes for the call. They also say they will take my number
off of their list. The calls still persist. I have now registered on the National
Do Not Call Registry, protecting my rights for unwanted telemarketing activity.
If calls continue I am entitled to file an official complaint against the company.

I do not own a capital one account. Stop calling me.

I wonder who actually goes to court and win's money from these harassing collection agencies?

They have called anywhere from 5 to 10 times a day. Here are other numbers that they call from: 408-538-5101; 310-862-9031; 253-248-6405; 310-862-9031; 206-629-8633; 323-372-6326; 888-579-0626; 514-385-4444; 800-883-0613. They call and ask for a "VICTORIA" and I keep telling them that no one lives here by that name and that I don't even know a Victoria. This all started with"CAPITAL ONE BANK" calling for a neighbor that lives down the street (that we don't even know---we just moved here) they wanted us to give them a message about their financial s---no can do that isn't my job it's theirs.

I get phone calls from them 4 times an hour. Sundays too, talk about harassment.

THIS IS A COLLECTION AGAENCY AND FRANKLY THEY CAN KISS MY ASS. You need to understand that it is ILLEGAL to phone you more than one time a day and outside the hours of 8am and 9pm and NOT on Sunday - whether you owe money or not! There are lawyers who will take your case in suing these telephone harrassers. Look for them. We are talking THOUSANDS of dollars in your pocket, not just peanuts. Go get 'em!! I took close-up photos of caller IDs and taped all of the messages, and I'm ready to go to court and collect me some money!!!

Left message, collection agency. starts calling early every day, even Sundays.

Machine answered, no message left. Caller I.D. showed NCO. This makes 4 phone numbers that I have seen on them.List of numbers: 513-201-6302,202-607-2932,323-372-6326 and now 408-538-5101.

Don't know who this is. But they seem to have 3 phone numbers.323-372-6326 ,513-201-6302, 202-607-2932. Never leaves a message.

Write Capital One and tell them to quit calling that number. By law, they are suppose to comply.

Yet ANOTHER number from Capital One collections. They are changing numbers on a regular basis - I have over 15 numbers blocked from them and they won't stop calling (no, I don't owe them, apparently the previous holder of this cell# does). I'm going to have to change my phone #, which is a big pain since it is out on a lot of resumes and such.

This kind of harassment should be illegal.

They call 4 to 5 times a day I answer, say hello a few times and the line goes dead. Try calling back and its a busy signal. VERY RUDE

I suspect that this is a new number for FCO Collections for Capital One.
