call came from Annie, Credit Card Services. 3rd call in 4 weeks. Same pitch as others in regards to lowering interest rate on CC. Heard an Orlando radio station in background so, at least we know where call center is located. 100 per cent Scam. DO NOT DISCLOSE ANYTHING TO THESE BOZOs.
Heh heh,...I did mention something about having sex with her ....in all 3 orifices!!
BAM and INVESTIGATOR,
I too am looking for information about this company. From what I can tell they are a debt adjustment company. My mother was taken advantage of by them and I have been trying to get her a refund since no services have been provided and she was under the impression that it was a representative from her credit card company. If anyone has experience in cancelling a contract like this please let me know. email@example.com

I have been working on this for months now! I would be very interested in the information you have. Please get in touch with me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you.

Wow! I took the time to read the comments and I am shocked. This is a company I have been prospecting for weeks to offer my company's services, but after experiencing difficulty getting a response from them I decided to do some research. That's when I ran across the site. If this is a scam, I have a business cards name(s) and an address. If you desire to contact me to discuss further, please note a comment on this site and we can arrange from there. I'd hate to post my number on the site, but if it is a scam I support addressing it in any means. I am a bit sadden because I saw an opportunity to make $$$$$. However, if it is not legitamate $$$$$ I want no part of it.
I basically know how companies like this work. When you go shopping or inside of a department store (for example: Marshalls) and they ask you for your phone number (& you provide it), this is how companies like this get your phone number. Whether you are on the do not call registry or not (b/c you basically volunteered this info). These automated services call you not the actual representatives, so they actually do not have your phone number at all. On their end on the phone, it actually looks like you were the one that called them instead of the automated service. Option number 2 to remove your number basically does not work so don't waste your time. You can remove your number by immediately telling the representative to remove your number from the do not call log but you will have to provide it and it will be removed in about 2-3 days. It's just like e-mail spam, if you just delete it you'll have more in your inbox the next day but if you unsubscribe from their site they stop after a few days. Take it from an insider trust me it works, hanging up does not help the automated service just calls you back at a later date. Try not to be so mean these people are just doing their jobs, which is not fun in the first place. They basically mislead us about the content, pay and requirements of the job and that's why I will be quitting and looking for another by the end of the week and reporting them to the BBB and department of Labor
Have a nice day
First identified as 'Card Holder Services", then as "Consumer Services". Registered in Georgia; call centre in Florida; will not identify legal name of company; will not answer any questions on who they are;
Offer to put your tel number on their do-not-call list, but that does no good as they call again within a month. I am on the national DNC list.
How can't any regulatory agency track these people down and put them down?
This has been going on for years now.
Requested a response to a mortgage pplication. "press 3 to accept, press 1 to opt out" I'm on the Do-Not-Call list.
Credit card hucksters who do not follow the do not call list. Scammers and crooks.
These jerks have called twice. I have unlisted number and I am on do not call list. They lie saying they are with your current card company...I checked with the 2 cards I possess and they do not know these liars.
I am on the donotcall registry but am getting many calls lately including this one
called with same b.s. message as everyone else.funny thing is when you call back number it's either busy or i get message that it's not accessible or some crap.guess i'll try to call orlando p.d. and have them pay hese scammers a visit personally before they rip somebody off.what losers.knock on my door and try to rip me off face to face why don't you?
Everyone, please be sure to add you phone number to the Do_Not-Call Registry and to file a complaint when this company calls you.
Voice mail picked it up. No message left.

Hang up when answering machine picks up.
I am also on Do Not Call list.
We want to track down this number and file charges against the owner of the line-312-946-4519
--Some one is name has to be associated with that number and/or company. Keep reporting calls from this number, thank you.
Left message to call them about interest rates---I'm on a no call list and it's a $5,0000 fine-----I just reportded 3219464519 to the Attorney General's Office of Missouri, we'll see what they have to say.
same as most people, they have been leaving messages on the answering machine, we re on the do not call list.
left a message about lowering my credit card rate. I am on Do Not Call list.

This lady was trolling for credit card numbers by scamming for extended warranties and spent 14 minutes badgering me on the phone and refused to give company name and contact info. She called me a liar and asked if my husband and I ever talked to each other. It is a scam out of Orlando FL and omnipoint communications. You cannot call back the number on caller ID because it goes to a message saying not a valid number or is busy.
It seems they are changing their service. I received a call from this number this morning and they were offering an extended warrenty for automobiles.
They were attempting to 'panic sell' extended warranty service for autos.
They keep calling my FAX machine. You would think that they would realize what it is after awile!
Called. Recorded message. Hung up. On DNC list. Am pissed
Recorded message about extended warranty for vehicle over 2 yrs old.
Got call from this number and they didn't leave a message. No name listed on caller ID.
First a recorded message, press 1 to talk to rep. Foreign voice offered low rates on credit card. Had to have a $6500.00 balance

Recording from "Credit Card Services" or some such generic name. Limited time offer to Lower cr. card int (6.5%) if at least $2500 on card...dial 1. I politely told woman I was on Nat'l Do Not Call List. She wanted my NAME and ph. # "to removeme". I gave her my Ph. # but not my name. When asked what company she was with, she replied "Your name please". She would not give me her co.'s name. She continued to ask for my name (several times) She finally said, "why won't you give me your name?" I replied, "How about I give you my name after you tell me what your company's name is?" She responded with, (I don't have to take this from you!" and hung up!. I am afraid this is an identity theft scam.

hung up when answering machine answered
on caller id says cellular call
Someone called from this number with a recording that seemed to be selling easy credit cards. After I pressed 1 to speak with a representative, he hung up when I complained about receiving calls of this type.
wm ketchpaw Mar 01st, 2007
Tried to call back, got the number is not correct, then a busy signal. This is probably a scam.
The National Do Not Call Registry complaint link:
Ditto to what everyone has stated.
Spoke with Matt who told me that they could offer me a lower interest rate. When I told him I was on the NAT do-not-call reg, he laughed and said he was affiliated with Experian. YEA, RIGHT!!!
If you have caller ID, ignore this number and report them to the FCC ASAP, here: http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/complaints.html
Let's get these guys shut down!!!
Same deal, calling themselves Card Services. Refused to give me the name and address of the company (big surprise)
Dave Brown Feb 28th, 2007
Ans machine picked up, they hung up, left no message. I reported the number to the Do Not Call Website.
Called on 2/27. We are on DO NOT CALL list as well. Hung up when voice mail picked up.
Called me as well on 2/27
Just got a call from this number. Caller ID said the call was coming from Orlando. Am on the do not call list as well. I'm disgusted with ALL telemarketing crap.
Didn't pick up.
Called back. Line busy. 2x
Castrohusband Feb 27th, 2007
No message. I'm on a no call list
very cryptic message - "pleased to say that we can lower your interest rates for a limited time" - i called back to remove myself from the list, but was told that the number was no longer in service!
No message left, hung up as soon as my answering machine picked up. Don't answer numbers I don't recognize, and if they can't leave a message they don't need anything from me anyway.
Called at 2:50p.m. EST
no message left
Tired of unknown calls when I'm on Do Not Call lists....what's the point of the list if they STILL CALL?!?!?!?!
Keeps calling. Never leaves message. I don't answer my phone at all unless I recognize name on ID. They can leave a message if it's important. And if _I_ find it important, I'll call back :)
hung up after 3 rings. Do not know who it is
called on 2/23 at 3:49 PM and hung up
got a call from this number today 2-23-07 at 11:47am.

Rec'd call from this number. automated recording about lowering interest rates and that we had to be more than $2,500 in debt to qualify. since we are on every do not call list around, I pushed one to talk to an operator. I asked who he represented he mumbled something. I asked him to repeat it and he hung up. I reported them on thewww.donotcall.gov site and encourage everyone else to do so as well. They are obviously up to no good!
Same call about the "there's nothing wrong with your account but you can lower your interest rate, but this is a limited offer" jargon. Wanted to let fellow Arizonans that they are calling us! Don't believe it!
Called but left no information on answering machine.
Credit Card Offer Recording
Called about a credit card account (no specific card named) and said: "There is no problem with the account but time is running out to take advantage of a lower rate". At this point my wife hung up. Plan to report this to the Don't Call departments, both Federal and Wisconsin.

Not a sucker Feb 21st, 2007
They wanted to lower my credit intrest.
Rachel called to "talk about my credit card." Hung up.
voice said credit card rate about to expire, told to press one to speak to rep.--or press two to cancel.
A useful fact to know that if the recipient of an unwanted call repeatedly presses the "#" button, that person's number is removed from the caller's "bank" of telephone numbers... please - try this tactic!
The number came in as a "Cellular Call". Hung up upon answer.
Got a call from them and they hung up when I let the machine answer - I wont answer until I google an unknown caller to see if I can find our who they are.
voice mail message saying they were customer service from my credit card company... "nothing is wrong with your credit card but this is a limited time offer to reduce your rate" and offered to connect me by pressing 1 or remove me from their list by pressing 2.
Scam (no worse than the spam scams that come thru email I guess) was reported to the FTC with added info provided by this terrific forum. Thanks!
The federal felony fraud comes in portraying themselves as having a business relationship with you and using the telephone lines to communicate the offer.
No wonder the elderly get ripped off.
We got this call at around 2pm on 2/20. The automated message said " that you have to be $2500 in debt to take advantage of this offer, but qualify for lower interest rates ... to take advantage of this offer press 1" So I pressed one and I heard an open line and then they hung up. So my wife googled the number finding that the 321 exchange is Florida near or around Orland. She also found a toll free number so we called that. The lady there said they were Anchor Receivables and that they did do debt collection but they did other things too. They claimed that our number wasn't in their system.

Can't someone turn these people in & stop them in their tracks. I use this phone for emergencies only & this PO'd me.
I am annoyed at the number of unknown calls we get, some while we are home and some while we are gone. I hope it wasn't important. No message. Do Not Call.
Bonnie Cadwell Feb 20th, 2007
WHOEVER ? Called on 2-20-07 @ 9:44 a.m. CST-- Received an automated voice that stated that they represented my credit card services. Due to my outstanding balance that I may be able to lower my rate to 6.9%. Then went on to state the required qualifications of outstanding balance $2,500 or more. To apply for this offer press 1 or this offer would not be offered again. Or to press 3 to opt-out.
I hung up & waited a few minutes. Tried calling the # & got a recording the "code you have entered is not correct". Then this # is no longer working or in service.
Automated service from some credit card company. Annoying

Called at8:30pm 2/19 recording claimed from my credit card company and they needed to talk to me right away, and to press 1 . Pressed 1 person answered said they were account services. I said what is your company name, they repeated"account services" I demanded to know company name. She said DEBTSAFE. DEBTSAFE.com is a scam website supposedly offering numerious fraudulent type debt services. I'm on do not call registry.
In Atlanta they have advertised for telemaketers to make $75,000 per year. Everyone receiving a call from this organization needs to report it to the FTC immediately, also notify your phone carrier that you are receiving fraudulent phone calls from this company. If you are Qwest customer call 800-587-0655
for reporting anoyance calls.

WHOEVER ? Called on 2-19-07 @ 4:41 p.m. MST-- I First received an automated voice that stated that they represented my credit card company and that if I wanted to lower my rate then I should press 1 or this offer would not be valid again. When I pressed 1, it sent me to a live person ( a gentleman) that asked ME what my phone number and address were. I asked, "What credit card of mine do you represent?" He stated, "Oh, we don't represent any particular credit card company we offer you rates that are lower than what your paying now" and also something to the effect about a debt management program. I asked again, "So what credit card of mine do you represent because if you don't represent my card company then this is a fraudulent phone call?" He said, "Could you hold on please." He put me on hold for 9 seconds, then when he got back on the phone he said, "Could I please have your name and number so I can put you on our DO NOT CALL LIST." I said, "Could I please have the name of your company and the name of either your supervisor or the owner of the company." He said, "Could you hold please." After about 12 seconds I heard a dial tone. I tried to call the number back but it was busy.
I'M WISE TO THESE GUYS!! THEY GET TICKED OFF WHEN YOUR THE ONE ASKING ALL THE QUESTIONS. IT PAYED TO VIEW OUR ATTORNEY GENERAL'S WEBSITE AND READ ABOUT FRAUDULENT SCHEMES AND SCAM ARTISTS.
Sorry, but I can't do business with people I don't trust.
Thanks for letting me vent!!

I have reported them to the do not call registry. They claimed an urgent notice about lowering mortgage interest rates.
Wanted my credit card numbers to offer me a low rate of 6.9%. I am on the national do not call list. The caller would not give me the name of the issuing bank.
