If we can get Bin Laden, we can get Rachel from Card Member Services…
Next time you get a call from Rachel, go ahead and talk to a service member, tell them you want to “Kill Rachel” and then, “You are coming for them too!” Then hang up on them.
I would think after thousands and thousands treats they might get the message their scam is no longer works. Think about it? How many times would you like to hear this treat in a day?
This is the new “I Want To Kill Rachel Fan Club” membership is free…
Tell everyone you know, once everyone hears about us and starts firing back the scam will die.
Credit card scam.
The best thing that you can do is NOT answer any calls ending in 9999.

Nov 07th, 2011These people will not quit calling. Even after punching #3 like the recording says, many times, the calls continue. I have spoken with a representative to be removed from the call list at least 6 times. That doesn't help either. They claim they can lower my interst rates on my credit card.
and yet I still wonder what good the do not call registry is??? too many calls lately on both our home phone and cell numbers and ALL are registered on the do not call list
Rachel from card services called to tell me this was the last phone call I would receive to lower my interest. Push 1 if you want to talk to a representative or 3 if you want this to be the last call" I pushed 3 and an hour later she called again. It is a prerecorded message.
This is not the first time, the call at least 1-2 times a week. It is getting to be very annoying. I tried to call back and all I got was some loud music in my ear. i called again and then I was told that it was not a working number.
Another "This is cardholder's service, there is no current problem with your credit card but....." Automated call by someone I don't do business with, violating the "Do Not Call" National AND State registries.

Oct 11th, 2011The idiots keep calling me for months now, I also told them to put my number on there do not call list and the rep idiot hung up on me and so I filed another complaint at https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx again... The worst part is that they have 347 phone #'s that they call from and some of those #'s are forged.
No one on line when I answered phone. This is second time this happened after call fron Service card Membership #
321-304-9999 with caller ID Florida.
nuisance pre-recorded caller ... no creditable information ... just a pest caller ... credit card balance can be transferred, etc ... (we have no credit card balance)
BEWARE ... DO NOT PRESS ANY NUMBER ON YOUR KEYPAD, as this may give the caller access to your info. Not even when they say 'press 3' to discontinue getting more of these calls. JUST HANG UP and report them
I have received this recorded message before "Hello, This is Rachel from cardholder services..." I "pressed 1" to hear more and got a live person. I asked why they are calling me because I am on the "Do Not Call List". They hung up. I've done the same thing before with the same results to the same people.
Florida, appears to have tried to leave message, but message was essentially over by time my recorded voice mail welcome message was complete. Date received 10/6/2011
A reverse lookup linked the number to Winter Perk Florida with a provider address of 300 N. New York Ave, in Winter Park. The GPS tracks to the Winter Park Post Office. A phone provider is "Bandwidth Com Clec". Google on that an you find an Internet Company which seems a legitimate seller of Internet services such a VOIP (voice over Internet. I guess and Internet phone company. So the
321-304-9999 of the alleged scammer may have obtained the number from them. I don't know about the FTC or Do Not Call List backlog, but an aggressive state attorney's office might be more will to go after them (particularly in an election year). Many of these cases get driven through state agencies from looking a actions in the court. If I keep getting these calls, I may call US Senator's office. By the way, this is the only site where I found useful information. Has anyone invested $10 for a reverse number lookup.

Sep 30th, 2011Left message on answering machine, a recording to "...lower interest rates. Punch 1 to speak to a live operator, punch 3 to be taken off call list," or something close to that. Same exact message on answering machine 09/28/11 from
206-496-0802(Pacifictel).
Left message on answering machine 09/28/11, a recording to "...lower interest rates. Punch 1 to speak to a live operator, punch 3 to be taken off call list," or something close to that. Same exact message on answering machine today from
321-304-9999.
These people call under other numbers as well...
321-304-9999, perhaps others too. First they are trying to get you to verify your number is a "good number" by asking you to push 3 to remove yourself from their list, but, they really are trying to get personal information from you as their main goal. DO NOT ANSWER...DO NOT PUSH NUMBERS AS INSTRUCTED IN RECORDING...AND BY ALL MEANS, DO NOT CALL THEM BACK....they just collect your number when you do. Hard to believe there are still people like the ones posted below that actually call them back or talk to them. Have you people been on vacation for the past several years....
Claims to be from credit card services and that I "have" eligibilty for lower rates. Uses many different phone #s. Never identifies which credit card.
Didn't recognize the number, let VM take it. They left a message and after I heard "lower your interest rate" I deleted the msg, not interested in scams.
These folks keep changing their number... You can add them to the list of companies that ignores Do Not Call. I found a call blocker a few months ago at http://www.BlockTelemarketers.net that works really well... with the push of a button it permanently blocks any more calls from unwanted phone numbers. It's been a godsend, as I think I'm on every phone SPAM list in the world.
Rachel from card member services. Also uses the number
727-674-9999.
Message being left is negative, as if "my account" has a problem.
This a "lower your credit card interest rate" scam. The caller "Kari Austin" from "Card Member Services" hung up the instant I asked him for the company's phone number.

Sep 12th, 2011Caller said she's Rachel from card services. I didn't listen further, but clearly a scam.
Calls 2-3 times per week for several months now. Robocall about lowering interest rate.
Rachel, again. How many government officials have they bought (oops. I mean given "campaign contributions" to?)
Sad Sack: If you're quite through insulting the victims, understand that the idea is not to directly threaten lawbreakers, who will of course not be deterred by words, but simply report their behavior to the FTC and those attorneys general. In 2010 several credit reprice scammers were shut down by the FTC based on a mass of complaints. Maybe you missed that party while you were so busy ignoring calls and cultivating your defeatist attitude. Doing nothing changes nothing.

Sep 08th, 2011This is to lower credit card rate...wait, I have no credit card debt, so why would a lower rate matter to me?
Gosh I got two in one day ... I better buy a powerball ticket .... I may be the next mega winner. Did not answer or call back ... no GOTCHA ya for me. Call right after NAP time (3:04) ... thats inportant for us retired folks. This is the second time they called me ... I don't know anyone in Winterpark Fla ... but a lot of folks in the rest of the state!
Calls everyday says FLORIDA as the name. very annoying
got a call from this number. left no message. I don't answer calls that don't identify who they are from. This is the second one today from different numbers. I must be on someones list.
I'm so amazed that there are still people who fool themselves into thinking that by engaging these sleezeball callers in a conversation threatening to report them to some attorny general or their lawyer somehow "scares them". WOW...you are the only reason these people are in business. What about "DON"T ANSWER THOSE CALLS" don't you understand. Oh yea, then there's the great advice: Report them to the National Do Not Call registry...talk about pissing in a wind storm. Really?!?!?!? I mean....REALLY?!?!?!??
Message said to lower credit card interest press one now. I hope it costs them a fortune to make these calls.
CALLER ID SAYS V0712 & a series of numbers. WE NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE FOR THESE CALLS SO KNOW NOTHING ABOUT WHO IT REALLY IS.PROBABLY A SCAM.NEVER LEAVES A MESSAGE.
the Federal Do not Call operation is not doing a very good job of catching and shutting down these sleazy and disruptive knot heads.

Jul 25th, 2011Recorded message claimed that credit card rates could be reduced. I recognized the phone-phishing routine and pressed "1" to see what happened. A man answered and asked if he could help me. I said, "Not exactly. But I will turn over your number to the state attorney general." He became very angry and replied, "I'll see you in court, [my first name]," and hung up. It was worth the chuckle.
This "Spoofed" number, fake name and many other numbers are being used by "Debt Collectors." Prime examples are: CRSI out of California, Complete Credit Solutions out of Texas and Progressive Financial Services out of Tennessee. They are attempting to gather information to create an account with someone by getting a credit card number or account number. These particular places have already drained many peoples bank accounts.
This is another robocaller who is illegally calling with a recorded message and no operator on the phone. They claim that they will lower your interest rates, but it's just a scam. This morning when they called, the system just hung up when I pressed "1" to speak to a representative and immediately lower my interest rates.
Yes, same caller every day to lower my credit card interest. When I ask which card can we do this for, they hang up because they are wanting you to give it to them
apparently "Rachael" now has a new phone number as this bitch keeps calling me with the same darned message for years now .
The call is to "help" you lower your credit card interest.....It is a scam. They hung up when you start asking questions of them and refuse to give them any information.
Caller ID said "Unknown name". This is some kind of a credit card scam. They are apparently trying to get hold of people's credit card numbers. It starts with a message saying that this is "Rachel" with "Cardholder Services", and you should press "1" to lower your credit card interest rate. After pressing "1", I was connected to "Jason" of "Card Services". He refused to give his address or any other information. He simply kept repeating that they dealt with many banks, including Bank of America. He finally hung up when I asked what prior business relationship he might have with me that made his calling a member of the DoNotCall list legal. I checked the Bank of America website to see if I could report this to their security department, but their website is down, as usual.
