Prerecorded message about the car warranty. I pressed "1", shouted to the operator at the top of my lungs, and hang up. This is my revenge to those nasty telemarketers. Once they got our numbers, they never stop calling us. They are bloodsucking parasites. Do Not Call Registry will never work.
These guys are real pricks. They call here at all times of the day.
I bought a train whistle for the next time they call
Go to the Do Not Call Registry webpage and report them. It's easy and the more of us that do it, the more likely they will be stopped from annoying us any more!

Yep! They've called here twice in the last 24 hours! I had gotten in touch with a human, during the summer, and they were so rude that after they hung up I filed a FCC complaint! It was great. I laughed all the way through the process but I guess it didn't do any good. The FCC 'did' send me a letter that they were going to investigate. But they're up to their old tricks again!
The company making this call with an auto dialer is a known scam outfit. They spoof phone numbers of victims all the time. Sometimes, they spoof non-working phone numbers. The phone number 305-620-2238 is just another victim of these scumbags. I've done a lot of research of this company. Actually, there are several affiliated companies, owned by the same people that try to scam innocent victims. One scam is about auto warranties. The other is about credit card debt relief. They even have scams about dish television, home alarms, and more. Their MO is the same. The use an auto dialer, and call thousands of random numbers. They have no regard to the do not call lists. Your demands or complaints to them are worthless. They will continue to call you.
They will not remove you from their call lists. Why? BECAUSE THEY DO NOT MAINTAIN ANY. THEY ARE CROOKS. THEY HAVE NO REGARD TO THE MANY LAWS THEY BREAK.
If they call about a car warranty, the message says something as "This is the second notice on your extended vehicle warranty. Press one now to speak to a representative..." The message about credit debt mentions "This is Account Services. We are calling to lower your credit card debt. Press one now to speak to a representative..."
Here are the details of these douchebags:

They also were previously known under a different corporate name, with a different address:
4501 Circle 75 Parkway
Atlanta GA 30339
Versadebt was voluntarily dissolved in August, 2008.
Here is the first ever media report exposing these crooks! From Fox 5 Atlanta - WAGA, a 6 minute new video that confirms everything:
According to the report, VP Marketing is owned by Jason Eyer. Here is how you can contact this person, courtesy of public records filed with the Georgia Department of State:

I get these calls almost daily & repport each call to the do not call #. I figure if I annoy the goverment as often as these scammers annoy me maybe they WILL do something.
Reported this # to NY State Atty Gen too as per phone company. They pretended not to know anything or have ay "authority" & told me to register my # w/the DNC line! DUH! I am!
The reason we can't call these SOB's back is the # is an auto dialer & that's why it says it's disconnected/out of service per the local phone company.
My caller ID shows it as coming from North Dade, Fl. I'd love to find all the telemarketing companies there & start calling then to harass them back!
Sick and tired May 01st, 2009
Tired of these calls!!!! They call about me car warranty. Which one I ask and they ask for a VIN. I have pressed option 2 to have our file removed, didn't work they still call. Pressed option 1 to speak to someone and I told them on 4-29 to stop calling. April 30 @ 10:23 they call again and I pressed option 1 again to talk to someone and I told them to quit calling; they hung up. Always press option 1 and speak to someone at least it will probably cost for the call. Someone needs to do something, this is harassment!!
Call this number again and I will report you. My number is listed on the Do Not Call Registry. I am tired of being bothered by you people.
Got numerous calls always tell them not interested.... today I called number back and got recording saying the number has been disconnected. I am on National DNC list and have been since it began
Don't call me anymore.... Called daily this week .... !!!
Receive calls on my cell and land lines almost daily. Is there nothing we can do to these creeps?
My husband likes to mess with these people. He usually asks them which vehicle are they talking about. They can't come up with any one of them. We have 1 car, 4 Trucks, and one Motorhome. You would think that they could come up with one of them. AND WE ARE ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST!
Called every night the past week, said car warranity has expired, asked which vehicle, said for sercuity resaon they could not provide that information. I asked if my attorney general could get ahold of someone at this number, being you are a scam, they hung up.
If you're on the Do Not Call list report this guy. I just had a very heated exchange with him...
Here's the link: https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
Tried everything. Won't take me off list.

Calling the number back it is a disconnected number, so someone is using this number to hide their own. I forgot the term, but it is a common practice. Sometimes, they will enter the name of a bank, so you think it is ligitimate
Called on 4/16/2009. Opa Locka, Florida listed. No one replied when I answered.
Now I know this is a scam. I am on the Do Not Call List.
I got this call today, like 2 minutes ago. I got an automated machine. It said to press one ot talk to an agent, 2 to delete your record. I pushed 1 to talk to an agent. I said, "I don't know how you got my phone number. I have only had it for a week." The lady on the other end hung up.

I really wish these people would stop wasting my time. I answer the phone and there is no one there.
And no one leaves a message. So much for being on the DO NOT CALL list. And, for the record, I am
not interested in ANY solicitation calls. None. Zip. Nada.
Called on 4/16/2009. Opa Locka, Florida listed
8:45 P.M. TODAY, 4 14 09, RECEIVED A CALL FROM 305-620-2238. A RECORDED MESSAGE CAME ON THE LINE AFTER I SAID HELLO. THEY WANTED TO LET ME KNOW THAT MY CAR WARRANTY WAS OVER AND THAT I NEEDED TO RENEW! I HUNG UP ON THEM!
Left message about car warranty ready to expire. My car is 13 years old & under no warranty.
I called back later & that phone was disconnected. That person(s)should be investigated as
it has to be fraud.
If any of you out there know a media type or reporter see if they want a good story. Log onto heatherwithaccountservices.com and you can learn about Mr Ran David Barnea and the shell companies he uses to harass the entire country every day. If you are ever in Boca Raton Florida you might want to visit Mr Barnea, last alleged address is Apt 48F, 21955 Cypress Drive and ask him to stop calling you. Don't bother calling the phone companies, Florida attorney general, FTC, FCC or any of the other laughable entities. Let's get these lowlifes on national television where they really belong!
Just about every day or two and even twice a day I get a call from this number 305-620-2238. THEY USE OTHER NUMBERS SUCH AS 305-624-1514
They just keep calling and calling. They tell me my "my car warranty is about to expire". I then asked them what car do they have me down for? This time they asked me for my ID number of my car? I then said ,"which car"? They just hang up every time I asked them a question.
Is there somebody that can make them stop these call's? I'm on the no call list too! What can I do about these calls? I hope you can help me!
305-620-2238 Apr 14th, 2009
Report these freaks to the FTC and the No Call List.
305 620-2238 Apr 13th, 2009
Fake car warranty fraud scumbags. They just keep calling and calling and sending junk in the mail. Somebody make them stop!! ;))
Cindy from Utah Apr 12th, 2009
If you checks on your caller ID shows FLORIDA and the phone number 305-620-2238
, then I think auto warranty scammers called you from the number. So, if the same scammers in Florida will call you from 786-369-7342, we better file complain with your local Better Business Bureau against the Auto Warrant scammers in Florida immediately. What will the BBB tell you to do so? I am trying to find out...
just received my second call from these folks - I have never been a driver nor have I ever owned a car!!
Go over on Zaba search and look this guy up. Very interesting find!
This number comes back to Edwin Rodriguez, 19709 Cypress CT., Hialeah, FL. 33015. This is reported as a land phone. This crook has lived in Miami, Miramar and Opa Locka, FL. You can find this info. by going to reverse phone number and key in the above tele. number or whatever you would like to check on.
Phone rang at 5:45 PM, trying to eat dinner. Ran to extension phone, said hello several times, caller said nothing and caller hung up. This is so nuts. Can someone not do something about this or am I compelled to jerk my phone away from AT&T?
2nd call today

Tom Wheeler Apr 10th, 2009
Car Warranty Expiring Recording When I pressed i The lady told me that me warranty was expiring. I was told when I asked which car , that no data was avaliable for the vechile since the warranty was expiring. I then explained that there was no vechile register or purchased by Mr. wheeler at this address. "well your caller ID states Tom Wheeler" So I wanted to know how the name on a phone has anything to do with a car warranty.
"Are you interested in an extended warranty?
Sure I say I have a 1932 Dussenburg "J". "What do you have for me?" Totally confused the B****
"This call is noting but a B** S*** marketing scam. and you don't even care about the do not call list. Therfore I hope you lose your job. My I have your employee number and that of your supervisor"
The line went dead
Tom Wheeler Apr 10th, 2009
Called 4/10/09. Standard "your vehicle warranty is about to expire" call. "This is your last call before your vehicle is reassigned. Press 1 to speak to a representative, or press 2 to have your file removed from our system." I pressed '1" and an uncharacteristically polite (for these types of calls) female voice came on the line and asked for the VIN and year/model number of call. I said "I'd like my vehicle to be reassigned" [as per the recorded announcement] and the rep said they would remove the number from the list, wished me a good day, and hung up. It was almost a pleasant experience (notice I said "almost") and very different from most of these types of calls. I have sincere doubts that my number will actually be removed from any list, however.
Fake car warranty company. Exposed as fraud by local (Baltimore, MD.) TV station.
Received call 3/26/09 2:00 PM recorded message selling auto insurance.
*69 Number is Disconnected.
Last I saw there was roughly 60 numbers they have corralled. All of them work. They keep at it and are able to mask the I.D. so it doesn't show on your caller I.D. Why would you want to do business with a masker like these creeps? Sure hope we can get this creep and I would love to attend the hanging. In fact I'd pull the rope and drop the flooring watching the body fall into the hangmans noose. It would actually be sweet revenge against this unworthy creep. He serves no useful purpose.
These slime balls are calling at almost 9 PM and it is getting real old. The Feds and the "DO NOT CALL" program should change their name to "DO NOTHING ABOUT CALLS"
"Florida". Expecting no call from there.
Called the night of 3/16. Criminal DNC list violator spoofed this disconnected number to avoid capture. Company is the infamous 'Card Services', 'Auto Warranty', etc., criminal telemarketing gang. The latest of many phone numbers used by this gang.
