CertifiedNotice = Credit Collection Services. Used to have AIG auto insurance until they decided to cancel one policy at a price of $696 6 month coverage 2 vehicles full collision after I filed a free fix for windshield repair in SC. Tried to reissue a policy for the grand amount of $1496. At first, they were refusing to fix it without a deductible. State Farm gave me my new policy for $705, same coverage no changes. Now, they are trying to collect from me and have turned it over to CCS--I have called them 2 Xs and have received and talked to someone from CCS and now they have sicced certified notice on my phone number. I have told CCS as of today, any more attempts to collect will lead to a lawsuit under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I called AIG and told them I do not owe them anything, in fact I am very happily telling every1 about my experience with their company. There is a sign on the back of my van that says AIG $1496 State Farm $705 same coverage Bye Bye AIG and now they have led me to forums to spread the tale. CCS 800-326-6400
I went on website and put in the account from CCS that is how I know.
