What exactly do you expect the local police to do, throw a net over a call center manager they cannot find who works through a spoofed number? Why don't you try describing the message and/or sharing whatever business name you hear? That and review of relevant laws might help you and other readers.

I get a call from this number very often. It is some kind of survey. I get a recorded message. When I call back, they say it is an invalid number. I get so tired of receiveing this call. I do NOT do phone surveys or any survey for that matter. I want them to stop calling me NOW!!!!! Going to turn them into the police.
