Today I received my 12th call from this number. This is the first time I've actually answered the phone. They informed me that they were calling about my Visa card and my recent use of it. Because I am such a good customer they were going to send me $120 in gas dollars within the next 5 days and to watch for it. They then wanted to confirm my mailing city. When I inquired as to who was calling they again said they were calling about my Visa card which ended in and they gave me the last four digits of a Visa card I have. It is an Only 1 reloadable prepaid Visa card which currently has $6.95 on it and hasn't been used in a few months. When I told him that I was going to end the call, he immediately hung up. I called back and got a recording to leave the phone number the message was left on and someone would call me back regarding my order. Without putting in that number I was unable to leave them a message. I've reported this incident to Only 1 Visa and have canceled my card. I've also reported them to the Do Not Call Registry. When I've done this in the past with other scamers it's ended the calls.

I rec'd a call from this number today. I don't know the name of the company. I was told that they had a "package" for me and that I am a preferred customer from a recent purchase I made from my credit card and they had the last 4 digits. Very high pressure, don't want to take no for an answer. I asked them over and over again, what purchase are you speaking of? I told them over and over again I was not interested in what they wanted me to purchase. My wife picked up the extension and asked them to please answer my questions. That's when it became messy. The woman at the other end of the phone accused my wife of yelling, threatened her with a recorded phone call, accused her of harrassing her ... my wife then asked them, why are you behaving this way? We are asking a simple question. We then asked for a supervisor. The woman refused to put a supervisor on the phone. My wife then told them, I believe you are attempting to scam us and we will be turning this information over the state atty general's office and the better business bureau. It was a very nasty encounter, they don't want to take no for an answer, I suggest if you do speak to them, make sure to get the last 4 digits of your credit card, notify your credit card company, your bank, etc., and your state attorney general. Be safe!

I got a call from this number this morning. The person told me that I made a purchase online with my credit card AND HE KNEW THE LAST FOUR OF MY CARD NUMBER!!!! He told me that I was selected as a preferred customer! I was going to receive a $100 gift card and a membership to some auto club that would give me road service, free oil changes blah blah blah. It was only going to cost me $1.95 for shipping of the FREE gift card!!!! I asked him why he had the last four of my credit card and he told me he didn't have the information of the company I made an online purchase from! I told him I was not interested and that he better not charge anything to my credit card or call me again! We'll see!!
