I leave comments everytime I receive these calls. They are coming in 2-3x a day to both my cell & house phone. I rarely use my cell minutes for personal use & they are wasting them. This is nothing short of harassment. When is something going to be done about this? I just posted in one of my comments that since we all seem to do reverse look-up & get busy signals or hung up on when calling them back that we should send them mail to the addresses listed. I think since I may start submitting the addresses for junk snail mail. Here are some other numbers they have called from to my phones: 267-298-2093; 303-749-9642; 262-513-8290; 208-664-0749; 256-659-6931; 386-761-4356. Wish I saved the rest. Starting saving them to fight my cell provider for if/when I go over minutes.

Wanted to add: maybe since we all seem to do reverse look-up & get busy signals when calling them back, we can send them mail to the addresses provided. I may start signing these addresses up to receive junk snail mail. Here are other numbers that they use:267-298-2093; 303-749-9642; 262-513-8290; 208-664-0749;256-659-6931;386-761-4356.

I am tired of getting these calls to my cell. I bought my cell for emergency purposes only. They call from different numbers & all are automated. I did answer one to yell at them but they hung up on me when I said no to their question about my interest in the auto warranty. Then they use other numbers to call. There should be laws against this (invasion of privacy, harassment, anything) since we DID NOT give our numbers to them. Other numbers they use & I have gotten from them are: 303-749-9642, 262-513-8290,256-659-6931. I am sure I will get more. Maybe if everyone starts reporting them & complaing to their cell carrier then something will be done to stop it.

Both my daughter, (who is 13 and does not give her number to anyone) and I have been receiving these calls on our cell phones. We have received them from the following numbers:

256-659-6931
605-393-9811
266-244-3697
773-249-5005
414-462-5902
704-456-1303

All of these are in regards to an Auto Warranty. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and urge others to do so as well.

Thanks, Rambo, for the FTC hot line. I'll just report them every time. Since the cell phone that keeps getting the calls is official U.S. Government property, it's going to get some action.

I've been getting these stupid warranty calls on my AT&T Blackberry. Since my phone is Federal property and the taxpayer pays the bills, this is interstate fraud. I no longer answer my BB cell phone calls unless I recognize the number.

one day and three calls from these people using three different numbers taking my phone back, I don't have this problem with my other cell phone. Maybe if we take our phones back Verizon, or whoever you use will help put a stop to this BS or at least reimburse the minutes.

I too got this call on my cell, which is really weird because I NEVER give my cell out to anyone I don't know. This means that someone I know gave it out or someone that I listed it on a resume to sold my number to one of these damn companies. I haven't answered any of these calls, because if I don't know you, I'm not answering. Period. I got one last month from an Illinois number, didn't answer it but looked it up.. said the same thing. What a bunch of crap. I have this phone as Virgin Mobile and give the number to NO ONE. Maybe the providers are passing out our numbers. If that is the case I will be canceling my service with Virgin.

The house at the above address, allegedly Sebastian's, has a lot of woods surrounding it. Might just have to make a midnight visit to this clowns house/business and see if his "auto warrranty" pays for the damage to his own car.

They call themselves "Warranty Solutions," but I have reason to believe they are actually VSI Vehicle Services Inc., based out of Missouri. That company has been issued a cease and desist order from the Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner. See http://www.newsok.com/missouri-company-cant-sell-in-oklahoma/article/3363236

I nevertheless received a phone call from them at work this morning (the second time in two weeks).

It seems that the telemarketer can manipulate the number that you see on your caller ID.

The F.T.C (Federal Trade Commission) told me that the more information they get on these phone calls, the better it will be for them to catch these people. Their number is 1-877-382-4357 (toll free) and they will be glad to take your complaint. The F.T.C will ask you simple questions and your answers will help them track these jerks down and shut them down! The F.T.C. has also informed me that telemarketers are not suppose to call cell phones and they also said something about a class action suit against the company if they can catch them! I have gone and put the F.T.C. in my speed dial for calling ease!

LETS ALL HELP GET THIS COMPANY COUGHT!

No voice message left. Call came in at 12:22PM CST. I got a call from another phone number yesterday (4/20/09) and the notes on that phone number sound like the same company/scam as this one with a warranty company. That # was 702-346-2420. They did not leave a message with that number either.

I am guessing it is either the dealers making some $ giving out your number. My father bought a car while visiting me and gave the dealer my cell number. Since then, I have had a half dozen calls from this number that I have not answered. Anyone post their numbers on the do not call list? Seems that there are policies in place for damages against these companies if they call you and your number is posted. Anyone know?

Good luck to us all!

These nitwits have called me numerous times and play a dumb recording about my car warranty expiring soon. The first time these idiots called, I pressed the star or pound button to speak with a representative. The jerk that answered the phone wouldn't tell me 1) what kind of car he was calling about (between my husband and I we have 4 vehicles) 2) how/where he got my phone number from. He kept asking me for MY phone number, MY name, WHAT YEAR/MAKE/MODEL of car I had...I kept telling him "You called ME! I didn't initiate this call...tell me how you got my private cell phone number". He then said "Ma'am, you called ME by opting in (pressing star or pound during the recording)". I then told him to go F$&@ himself and hung up on him. I got a second phone call from these idiots today, this time with the phone number looking like Thomas Sebastian (the first call was from a supposed Jasmine Jaminez 508-993-6098). This time I called the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) at 877-382-4357. I filed a complaint and the FTC told me this car warranty place is "spoofing" people by making it look like the call is coming from a resident phone line. The FTC has gotten a lot of complaints about this warranty company and they are trying to shut them down. PLEASE CALL THE FTC as soon as you get a call...give the FTC the phone number that called you (the phone number these idiot car warranty people called you from) and file a complaint. The "spoofed" phone numbers will help the FTC track this company down. What really sucks is that this company seemed to use a bank of neverending spoofed numbers, so you can't really even block all of the numbers from calling you. I think I'll scream if I need to change my cell phone number!!!

Number called me so I called the provider and they told me to call the T.F.C at 1-877-382-4357 and report it to them to help catch these people doing this. It seems that the telemarketer can manipulate the number that you see on your caller ID and this number is a disconnected (confirmed by the provider).

been receiving these on cell and landlines as '2nd/Final notice for warranty extension on vehicle.' i stay on each time and press the 1 to be connected so i can talk to the idiots who are scamming this fraudulent crap. this occasion, i was connected and "Kevin" asked if i was interested in the warranty extension, to which i replied 'i want to know why i am receiving all these calls.' after stammering quite a bit and pretending not to hear me, he finally said 'your manufacturer contacted us with information that your warranty is about to expire.' i said, 'o, well then, which vehicle is it?' ...'Kevin' hung up. the number is some poor private citizen in Alabama who got his number being used for fraudulent purposes. i hope they get nailed and sent to prison.
