White pages reverse said "Heavy spam activity suspected!" I didn't pick up, just researched it!
This call came 4 hours after one from 253-985-4373
St Clare Hosp, also spam!!! VERY agressive person talking about lowering my interest rates and about some (forgot the amount) of debt I had.... I kept telling him he has the wrong number because my card is paid in full. He kept going and listed MANY credit card names! I kept insisting he give me the name of the person he was trying to contact and the line went busy.

Called my cel. Caller ID says Tacoma, WA. Didn't pick up as I never answer unknown numbers, and they didn't leave a message.

Called to lower interest rates on my credit card which I do not own. Caller ID = St Clare Hospital. I am on the "Do Not Call List" which is a joke!
Connecticut Jul 16th, 2014
Caller asking AGAIN and AGAIN to save money on our Credit Cards with lower interest --- refused to take number off their list, they just disconnected AGAIN, --- Only one option --- i.e. talk to an agent to impliment!!!!!
called id said st clare hosp so I answered. it wasn't a hospital but a recording about lowering the interest rate on my credit card. what credit card? also said it was my final notice to lower the interest rate.
said I could predd 1 to speak to a person but I hung up.
even though I am on the DNC registry I still get calls like this and normally don't report it, but because this one faked being from a hospital to get people to answer, I've filed a complaint with the FTC
This number calls numbers on the national 'do not call' registry with a recorded message (both illegal). This number calls with the standard "you need to lower your interest rates" recorded message scam. Their operators are instructed to never provide a phone number or address (both must be provided when asked by law...) and will not allow you to talk to a manager. This is absolutely a scam as 100% of legitimate businesses will gladly provide this information, only a scammer will refuse to do so and only a scammer will instruct their operators not to provide this information.
Not a hospital at all. A recorded voice began talking about credit cards and I hung up.
Just called the St. Clare Hospital, which was the ID on the number. I fully expected this was a spoof phone call. It is. The woman at the hospital said they have received calls from 23 people this morning, thinking someone was in the hospital and calling........the number 253-985-4373 was busy. They have their IT people working on it right now. She said the few that have gotten through when calling that number back were told it was a credit card rate offer, or something.
San Diego, CA
Called my mobile phone....recorded message saying that I could lower my credit card interest rate to as low as 6%....limited time offer....press 1 to speak to a representative.....press 2 to not receive further calls.
Basically the caller is SPAM and attempting to commit credit card fraud.
received call from 253-985-4373 today at 11:48am.talked a to a human to inform them they are breaking the law, since my number is on the DO NOT CALL LIST.Asked why I was receiving this call the guy stated its in regards to my credit cards.Told him I dont use credit cards and he immediately disconnect the call.Filed a report with the FCC.BTW
They called me, too, but I did not answer. I have set my phone to block this number. Ed, most people don't have a landline now, and that call blocker is useless to them. And, $80? My $20 cell phone blocks calls and texts.
CALLED ME AND NEVER LEFT A MESSAGE. SO I SAY TO MYSELF WHY IS A HOSPITAL FROM WASHINGTON CALLING ME WHEN I LIVE IN ANOTHER STATE SEVERAL HOURS A WAY FROM THERE? THATS NOT SUSPICIOUS AT ALL! THAT IS JUST STUPID TO NAME A COMPANY AFTER A HOSPITAL MAKING PEOPLE THINK THE WORST.
Called my cell, I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. I don't give out my cell.
credit card services, recorded message, lower rate offer, pre-recorded message.
They hang up when pushed. They commit fraud and say they are with your credit card company. But can't say which. Chase bank is all they say.
Got a call on my cell phone which I don't give out. They left no message.
They mis-represented themselves as though they were my CC company. They hung up on me when I asked them to identify what credit card company they represented.
Caller id said it was a hospital. it was a a prerecorded message telling me I can lower my credit card rate. How can that be legal to spoof a hospital caller id
