I got a call from NCC aka Common Wealth Financial Systems when i told them they had the wrong number we will see if they listen to me or not. 15 calls in the last three days ug.
They call me, the message says select one if I speak English. I find this offensive since I am an American. Then they put me on hold. No idea who this is calling me. DO NOT like wasting my cellphone minutes like this. Stop calling me. I don't have any delinquent bills and have an excellent credit rating. Bug off or I will sue.
this sounds like a call from NCO Financial or one of it's newly acquired associates. NCO buys write offs, write downs, out of statute delinquencies, etc and tries to collect by utilizing the 'by whatever means necessary' method using hundreds of numbers and dozens of call centers.
REPEATED CALLS. WHEN ANSWERED IT GOES THROUGH PROMPTS. 1 FOR ENGLISH ETC. THEN DISCONNECTS
We received a call tonigt during dinner 6:45 p.m. Didn't answer. Let the machine get it. No message left. Called the number back and it stated NCC a division of commonwealth financial. Looked them up online. They are located in Scranton, PA. And yet this area code if for Auburn, WA?
Automated dialer keeps calling my office, select "2" to speak with a representative that would not tell me why they are calling, they just keep asking for a different individual; this is one of those "debt-buyers" that purchase old (possibly out of statute debt) so be wary when you speak with them. I found additional information on Bud Hibbs' site about this company, you can see it for yourselve at: http://www.budhibbs.com/collectorpages/commonwealth.htm.
They also 'spoof' the Caller ID, which is against federal law (FDCPA).
I have a telezapper selected to the single tone, got no answer in the other line when I picked up. Probably a company using an automated number dialing computer.
