These miscreants seem to want to be heard; Sometimes they need to have an itch they can't reach for about a month or so.
perhaps that would keep them busy otherwise;-)

Automated call from "Cardholder Services" I have at least one telephone recording of them being rude to me when I tell them not to call. Now they call and hang up after 1 or 2 rings. According to my husband who works for the phone company the number on the caller ID is fake and that makes it fraud. One number being used goes to a legitimate business which constitutes Defamation to the poor business getting all the flack for calls not from them. I don't have a credit card, don't want one either.
Robo-call with recorded message. Wants to lower credit card interest rate. Last chance! Caller knew he was in violation of the FTC Do Not Call list. Acknowledged they fake the telephone number.
Spam, would never deal with anyone that cold calls me, illegally, for bogus stuff. Forget them.
I wish criminal charges could be filed against the cowards.
Interesting I got a call at 9:26 AM from Credit Services at 406-219-2301
and then I get a call from Reward Solution at 3:35 that the recording identified as Rachel from Credit Card Services. They were offering to reduce my credit card rate. I listened to their recording and then pressed 1 to talk to a live? person. Rather than talking I just left the phone off the hook. I suspect it cost them a little bit for the recording call and a little bit more when I pressed one. Probably insignificant but there is a little satisfaction in tying up their lines with dead air. Guess it's time to put in another FTC complaint on this outfit. Maybe they will be able to track them down again eventually. They did it once and took them to court. Maybe they can do it again.
Scam message about credit card rates. They are phishing, folks... do not even offer to do business with these dungforbrains people. Pressing 1 to have them put you on their DO NOT CALL list is futile; they still keep calling back.

Scam. Left message saying I was eligible to have my interest rate lowered to 6.8% but I had to act now. My only debt is a student loan @ 1.9%.
Received call from 253-246-8538 on October 21st at 12:46pm EST. Caller said they were calling about visa/mastercard and after I replied asked if I was in debt. When I replied again, phone was silent. I called number back and have been getting busy signals. After waiting a while, called again and got recording about being replaced on Do Not Call list. What cowards.
same as the rest
left message on vmail
This number belongs to:
Eschelon Telecom, Inc. trying to refinance or sign up people for some Credit Card stuff
When you try calling back they not even tell you what company they represent...
They only give you an option to take your number off their list but no other otion (no Human)
I Googled the number and found out they call from Kent, WA
Anyhow... I suggest you don't bother picking up the call unless you expect a call from them LOL :)
I'm getting repeated calls from this number. When I asked the girl for her number in case we got cut off, she put me on hold for about 5 minutes then disconnected.
Rachel. Phishing scam. I asked them what they offer (very politely) and they disconnected
You can call the number back and press 1. It will put you on the do not call list.
they will not leave a voic email. i never answer.
Complained to NC AG Office and federal DoNotCall listing ?
Will check and see if WA state AG takes complaints.
Auto Dailer claiming to lower my credit card to 6.8% with tape recording running 2x faster then normal. Claim they were calling me back about lower rates I asked about, but this never happen.
Yet another "Rachel, lower credit card rates, blah blah blah" call.
