These same people call from all different phone numbers, registered all over the U.S. Most of the tel #s are spoofed. It's really a foreign organized crime syndicate trying to get personal and financial info from you so they can steal your identity and money.
If you get a robo call from "Rachel" from "Card Services", know it is a criminal SCAM. If you want revenge, press 1 and screech in the ear of the douche-bag that answers.
Have called numerous times during the last few weeks....sometimes two and three times a day.
These people have been calling me for years from different numbers about credit card account ,i do not own a credit card i have been filing a complaint every time they call and do not call has done nothing about it.

Automated call asking me to press 1 to get a special offer as it relates to the financial stimulus....of course it also said it was my final notice.. press 1, press 1. Sure, I pressed NADA!

When I received this call, I pressed one. A person named "Jason" answered and when I nicely asked to be removed from their calling list, he hung up on me. I am tired of being bothered on my home phone! If I would like anything, I will call you. STOP CALLING MY HOUSE!!!!
ROBOCALL SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! According to the (partial) message left, there is no problem with my account but I must respond immediately to lower my interest rate to 6.9%. That would be a really good trick, since I just had to declare bankruptcy!
Didn't recognize number or ID, no message left.
The message was about a 2nd offer to lower the interest rate on my credit card. No specific credit card company was mentioned.

They try to get your CC information by "offering" to lower your interest rate.
