when attempting to call back the number i recieved a recording stating the number is not in service; yet it just called me.

possible border jumping terrorists or id thieves ware ya never know
pre-recorded. Began, "..your credit card interest rates..."
Happened to be near my computer and phone at the same time so I played them the telephone company 3 tone line disconnected message. May or may not work but it's worth a try and it doesn't cost anything.
they left a message and started with something about a credit. I deleted the message as soon as I heard that. My husband said I should have listen to it all. I asked him why when its a scam and I have no problem with my credit nor did he.
They didn't leave a message. An immediate callback on the cell phone said the number wasn't in service. Some scammer spoofing a number.
