Same call happened to me and I decided to look him up too. Same phone number also (252-659-2258). He had an Indian accent, saying that he was from Microsoft and said that there was a problem on my computer that I was not aware of. I said I was not interested and he remarked with something like don't blame us if you computer crashes. I hung up and searched his number on the internet. I also found some information on that he was calling on a cell phone from Morehead City, NC. Hope this helps someone.

This guy said he was calling from "Windows." Said they had received remote information about "bad things" that were downloaded on my computer when I was online. Wanted me to go to -- where they wanted free remote desktop access to my computer. I kept doubting this guy was calling from Windows. He spent a great deal of time trying to convince me otherwise. He even gave me a second number -- 804-435-5332 -- which I could call between 6pm-7pm to verify their identity! This is really, really scary.

answered phone, east india accent, said was calling from microsoft in regards to my computer. when I recalled the number got a message saying I had reached sprint voice mail for 502-252-6592.

Called yesterday, didn't answer; no message left. Today, answered and no one was there. Annoying.
