Indeed .. W&F 'customer service' or somesuch. Can't imagine why they wouldn't want to put their proper name in the ID -- probably get a lot more favorable comments in these threads.

I was referred to Wright and Fillipis for breathing equipment for my husband who had been diagnosed with ALS from U of M Hospital. No complaints with their service. However, when Hospice took over my husbands care, they contracted with someone else, the equipment was returned to W & F with no problem. The problem now is that Wright and Fillipis are calling monthly with an automated system asking me to press one or two on my telephone to order or not and they provide no way to physically tell them to remove our phone from their system since my husband passed away three weeks after we stopped using their products. Thanks to this Internet page, I now have another phone number to call. Hope it finishes with removal from their call data base. Thanks
This is Wright & Fillipis medical equipment. They will call about a previous order or if you are eligible for replacement equipment according to your insurance schedule.
The call is from a medical equipment supplier in Auburn Heights, MI
A follow-up on previous ordered equipment. [Wright & Filippis Inc.]
A phone call to the number listed cleared the question.
