Someone called as a follow up to letters sent to encourage or persuade me to purchase an extended warranty for my 2009 vehicle who's warranty recently expired. The original person, Neil, was very polite and courteous, but after I eventually told him that I needed more time to think about it, he put me on the phone with perhaps his manager. She was very pushy and eventually got the point of being rude and condescending, so much so that I had to tell that this conversation was over. I became tired of the rude way she was speaking to me. I actually had been strongly considering purchasing the extended warranty, but this woman made up my mind for me b/c of her rudeness. I would rather pay more out of my pocket to a mechanic that i know, than to give any organization that she works for any of my funds.
