This is one of the many numbers for a collection agency for Dishnetwork.
Being a good dishnetwork customer for years does not matter.
Once you change services, this com aka Receivablesperf... starts to call.
Other numbers for this company may be : 804-234-9020
I've been getting calls from these idiots for a week now. I called back today and got a revolving thank you message until I punched 0. When I got a real person I immediately asked who they hell are they to be calling me and that I am on the Do Not Call List. Also, they are already listed nationally for harassment. Chris's immedate response was "That does not apply to us" and hung up. They operate several numbers with the same ID RECEIVABLESPERF.
I've gotten several calls from these people over the past two weeks. I have since learned that they are a collection agency. Funny thing, though, I have no debt!
i received a call from this number and its id is receivablesperf
just got call before I answered I looked this up and found this site!
It's a real collection agency with a reputation for harassment.
Apparently the actual company is located in Washington State, so I don't know why the area code is Maryland.
Receivable Performance Management 1930 220th St Suite 101 Bothel,WA 98021. Uses several number's to call from 877-233-8521
If you were serious about that threat you would not be announcing it in a vague and badly composed remark where RPM can't respond directly.

this is a collection company if i get anothor call from you i will sue you.
Marolyn: The ''someone out there'' who must take action is wasting time on Do Not Call complaints, which do not apply. The following URL links to the FTC FAQ page which the DNC site nearly begged everyone to read before you registered your numbers. See items 28 through 32.
Q&A: The National Do Not Call Registry
Da AubS: If you and Marolyn had studied the collection industry rules as I have promoted here repeatedly, you would already know that calls made knowingly to mobile phones are disallowed since they incur cost. You have not made your callers ''knowing''.
PirateGirl: See my advice to you in a neighboring thread from April 2012 regarding calls to the workplace:

I keep getting these calls on my cell...I am on the DO NOT CALL list but these calls keep coming. Rings 3 times then hangs up.
Please do something about this spammer. There must be someone out there who can close these morons down!
THESE BUNGUSES HAVE BEEN CALLING ME EVERYDAY, SOMETIMES TWICE A DAY, AND ESPECIALLY WHEN I AM WORKING. THEY CALL AT ALL HOURS. WHEN I DO PICK UP, IT ATTEMPTS TO CONNECT ME TO A REPRESENTATIVE. THAT'S WHEN I HANG UP. I AM NOT GETTING CHARGED FOR A CALL FROM MARYLAND.
STOP CALLING MY WORK NUMBER! I'm getting in trouble at work because they won't stop calling me. They leave no message or hung up when I answer. STOP NOW!!!!!

Linda, ''they still continue to call'' precisely because you are relying only on verbal demands. I tried to explain that problem and your best option for revoking call permission in the comment just behind yours.
How your number was obtained, likely through the many databases which track our financial footprints, is not so important as how you are treated when the agency calls. If by ''all hours of the night'' you mean way outside the default hours specified in state and federal law, you may have a cause of legal action. No person, alleged debtor or third party, is to be harassed or abused, per the FDCPA.

Call came on my cell phone and went to voice mail. They did not leave a message.
his company has no consideration. They call at all hours of the night. They call and ask for a person who does not live at my home. I told them to stop calling and they still continue to call.
How did they acquire my phone number? I would like to avoid this type of harassment in the future.
JB: Technically the TCPA already bans a lot of autodialed and bot calls, but it's hard to sting a collection agency with a law aimed at sales calls. The worst actors understand ''wrong number'' to mean, ''I am in fact who you want or I'm covering for that person''.
To a ''not me'' case I always recommend putting the agency on notice, just as you would if you were the target and the debt claim was invalid. Send a cease-comm notice via USPS Certified with return card. The FTC and many consumer watchdogs explain how to draft one. This will set a legal landmine, as such a notice is ignored at their peril. If you do have a good case, that lawyer to ''get hold of these people'' is yours to hire on contingency.
Learn how to exercise your FDCPA rights as an alleged debtor at FTC-dot-gov.

These people call me after I have told them they have been reported to the FCC,FTC,AT&T, and will report them to the sheriff next. They do not understand "wrong number" and a law should be passed to make these jokers stop using automated dialing. It has reached the point of harassment. A lawyer should get hold of these people and shut them down.
Just say "Pizza Hut, may I take your order.". After 2 calls that was it, nothing since
This is a dam computor dial from a colection agency, I finally waited to talk to a person, they wouldnt give me a name, they got NASTY, I wont put here what they said, or what I said back...
I have received phone call from this number in these days regarding Sprint bill (about $40.00). We don't use this long distance company and our primary phone company does not have any subcontract service. MCCS and also Mason513-573-8031
and also Receivablesperf 240-210-7111
constantly called us for same subject.
I've received at least 10 calls from this phone number. I do not know who it is. No message; I too, and on a no call list.
ms. horton Apr 26th, 2010
They called and ask for a name i do not know and tell me they cant take me off the list until that person calls?! what I dont even know them and they wont stop! what can I do?
Just called them, they are bad people do not give them any information.
Getting calls from this number daily. It rings and stops before going to voice mail. If I answer they hang up.
I am receiving call like this also. They say I have an account with Sprint but the social security number they have is not mine. I have never had an account with Sprint. They tell me they have taken out my number but they continue to call. They told me to call Sprint, which I did. The first number Sprint has listed on their website is a porn line. Trust me I never had Sprint and after this whole stupid mess I will never. I told Sprint that as well. I did manage to get an escalation number for this collection agency, It's 888-838-5123
, I spoke to Brian Childs ext. 1435. He assured me that I will not get any more calls, Ya Right. I suggest you call this number and speak to him if you receive these call in error.
They started to call 2 days ago, several times a day, from 8am to 9pm. I picked up phone several times, but no response. Then I don't pick up phone any more when I see the number.
They called asking for my daughter. She doesn't live here and hasn't for 5 years. They even have her SS#! After several calls I said I was her and they told me it was in regard to an unpaid Sprint bill. None of us even have Sprint. As others have said, they call a few times a day at weird hours, too. They let it ring only twice and disconnect. No message is ever left.
I received several calls from this number on 12/24 and 12/26/09. Caller ID says it is from receivablesperf. Then on 12/27/09 I answered the call. They did not respond when I answered. So I called them back. Emilio (?) told me who he was trying to reach. Turns out it was the daughter of the former homeowner. He said he would take my number off the list. Later in the evening another man called. Ed. He was also looking for the daughter of the former homeowner. He was very rude but then again I was not the nicest. He said it takes about 24 hours before the calls stop. The only way this group would have my phone number is by doing an address search and finding out what number is associated with the address because my name is not even close to what the former homeowner's name is.
calls me at least10 times a day up to 9 oclock at night i am pissed to say the least
Gary Duguay Dec 24th, 2009
Calls me a few times a day and doesn't leave a message.
I did reverse phone look up, it is someones cell phone.
just called these jokers back and they saif it was a personal matter and I was not the guy they were trying to track down. I advised them to remove my # from their call list. Then called Verizon to have the number blocked...
Called me 5x a day and never left a message for over two weeks. Finally someone left a message to call 877-233-8527
, the message was for someone with my phone number, but a different name. When I called the 877 number they said they would remove my phone number from their list. Very annoying to say the least!
If they keep calling, get a hold of a referee whistle, specially those that are semi-pro. When they call again, pick up the phone with the whistle in your mouth and blow on it as hard as you can..LOL!...
I did it last night to one of the many phone numbers that RPM has...they have not call this morning at all, and usually they call about 5 to 7 times a day.
I receive calls from this number 2 to 4 times a day. No messages, nothing. I heard their a collection agency, funny I owe nothing to anyone. Not the first ones to call me wanting some else with my same name. Wish these other guys would pay their bills.
I received a call I called the number back from on my call ID and she wanted to verify my home address when asking her what RPM was she said is this your home address I then hung up on her, this number has called my house on and off severel times this week I dont know who they are.
Called twice a day one weekend. Number shows up on caller id system here at work. I called back and demanded to speak to shift supervisor. They are calling the main desk of the hospital system. The number is the same for all 3500+ employees here. Iwouldn't patch them through even if I did know who they wanted. Told idiot identifying themselves and Dean this was a hospital.
Called 4 times in last 2 days...don't know why...I guess I'll give them a return call right now---thanks, Bob!
I called this number back and after informing the shill on the phone that I needed to speak to a supervisor, I was on hold for a while, finally got the supervisor and told him to remove my business listing number and place it on their internal do not call list, and also told him I was contacting the State Attorney General for his location ,(Maryland State), and reporting their repeated calls and hang ups.....he was stunned to realize that I knew our phone bills will show the hang up calls. Follow up, people. You can be awarded damages for every call made after you document placing a number on a do not call list, Federal, State , or their own internal list. "who is john galt?"
Just called them back... They asked for my dad O.o
I dont understand this, I just bought this phone, haven't had a home phone in forever, only a handful of my friends have the number, how the hell did they get my number?
They call but don't leave a number when I answer they say please hold. When I call back some one by the name Britney answered the phone. They also called with in 15 min. of each call. Getting tired of them calling.
I answered and was told I owed money to Sprint. When I said I don't use Sprint the guy said these were charges for things like using 411. I asked why I had never received a bill and he said they don't send bills for that. What a load of crap. I wonder how many people fall for this scam. And how is it they can call numerous times a day at all hours? Isn't this type of harassment illegal?
This number calls both my job and my home between two and four times a day at each location. Here's my recent missed call log at work: 9/30/09 13:30, 15:42, 15:45, 15:51 10/01/09 13:23, 15:53, 15:58, 10/02/09 12:50, 14:17. They never leave a message. Total harassment.
I see now why they hang up before leaving a message. This means their calls will not show up on your phone bill detail. Why would they do this? The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act says is it illegal for them to -- "Causing a telephone to ring or engaging any person in telephone conversation repeatedly or continuously: with intent to annoy, abuse, or harass any person at the called number." Since the calls do not show up on your phone bill, they can just deny they called you. Fortunately my phone keeps its own log of missed calls. I have now sent them my "Letter of Dispute". If they ignore this and keep calling, they are in violation of "Failure to cease communication upon request: communicating with consumers in any way (other than litigation) after receiving written notice that said consumer wishes no further communication or refuses to pay the alleged debt, with certain exceptions, including advising that collection efforts are being terminated or that the collector intends to file a lawsuit or pursue other remedies where permitted."
I found out from some web surfing that the computer hardware/software used by RPM was purchased from Nobel Systems. There is a press release about it on the Noble site (www.noblesys.com). From reading the press release, you would never guess that what is being talked about is a system for harassing many many people!

Best thing is to talk their heads off - I got my dog to breath heavily into the phone while the guy asked hello, hello, can you hear me ... took that idiot a while to get it. And cost time and money. Try calling them back - often
They keep calling the house, I don't answer. Calling in the morning and nights!
This is one of many numbers used by RPM (Receivables Performance Management). Their web site is at: http://www.receivablesperformance.com. They call several times every day. They never leave a message and a few times when I answered, there was nobody on the line. I assume they are using the same equipment a telemarketer would use. In my case, I know I don't owe them or anybody else any money. I have told them to stop calling me and I have reported the calls to the FTC. I am suspicious they are not ligitimate, so I do not give them any information and I have stopped answering any calls from numbers I don't recognize.
These lunatic call my phone everyday, they never leave a message and when u call them back and ask them if they called they ask for your phone number as if they don't already have it. They need to be stopped this is harassment.
I pick up and am in the dead zone!!! Don't know who they are and frankly don't owe anyone money so what is up????????????????????????
They call and leave no message. I am on the no-call list so I don't know why they are calling or who they are.
They say they are a bill collector. They call repeatedly, ask for a friend of mine who does not live here and never has lived here. I have told them that, asked them not to call me but they insist this is his number and keep calling. When my friend got his cell phone several years ago he had to list a land line for contact and he then listed my number, then and only then with the phone service. This is what has caused the problem. He asked my permission at the time to give them my number and I agreed, so it was not done behind my back. I have talked to him about this problem and asked him to tell them not to call me and he says he has and he feels guilty for causing the problem but doesn't know what to do. He says he never gave them my number nor gave it to the credit card company and I believe him. He says they call his cell phone repeatedly, too, but he won't answer the cell now whenever he sees them calling, which is every day. Apparently he had a dispute with one of his credit cards and he says they supposedly worked out a payment plan which he is still following but yet they've turned it over to a collection agency at the same time and it's their job to harrass him and everyone who knows him. The ability of these credit card companies and their bill collectors to harrass citizens in this country is mindboggling to me. It's like a Victor Hugo or Charles Dickens story. So far it's everything but the debtors prisons.
This number keeps calling, letting it ring 3 times and hanging up. Don't know who it is and my number is on the do not call list.
