I never answer these retarded calls. I know they are all from the same fraudulent a**holes and I have been getting these calls since well before this last Christmas. I keep a record of when, who, call display, and what time. Going to report them eventually!!!!

The call display always says Maryland OR Michigan OR New Jersey. They are all the same idiots. I don't understand why we have to put up with this. Why don't the appropriate people put an end to this telemarketing permanently ??? End it all I say, whether its for credit cards, bills, donations, vacations, surveys, or those famous - you have won "insert appropriate fraud or scam here" calls ect, ect.

they stated that our "credit card payments have been on time and we earned a reward of $2600 in the form of an all expense paid trip to Cancun, Mexico." The funny thing is the name associated to the number called has no "credit rating" nor any credit cards of any kind.

This call is also a violation of the Federal Advertisers Code of Conduct, The North American Trades Act, Federal Privacies Act, Bank of Canada Act and more then 10 other Federal and Provincal Laws.

The RCMP and Interpol warn all persons to hang up immediately to these callers and give NO PERSONAL INFORMATION OF ANY KIND. The US Government has been informed and they are investigating this as a serious violation of American, Canadian and International Laws and Trade Agreements.

This company repeatedly calls, regarding an extended warranty for my new car, but they have no information regarding such a car. They use an automated system to dial, then play a recording. Then you have to wait for an operator. The operator subsequently refuses to answer any questions, such as the business's mailing address and hangs up. It would seems, based on the fundamental lack of information the company has, that not only are the calls in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, but the offer is probably fraudulent.
