J. Goosh used one of my professor's phone numbers to call people from around the world. He found 73 messages on his answering machine, many of the messages containing at least one four-letter word.

Called twice during day while we were at work. Showed just long distance and number. I called and voice told me I had reached phone number removal and to enter my phone number....hopefully it works.

Here we go again with one of those freaking calls where they hang up if a real person answers. The latest scam where they wait for a answering machine or vmail to pick up the call so they can waste your time that way. If a human answers they hang up.

If that wans't bad enough they have to use a personal name to make you think that an individual is calling.

With the scams that the politicians pull on us where they can still harass people with their campaigna and the kickback that they are surely getting from the telemarketeers (talk about a bunch of PIRATES and TICKS!).

Why don't the congresscritters do something to actionally make things better instead of all this pretending.

Wouldn't be suprised to find out out the phone companies are in on this junk, because they are the ones that are making the money from both ends!
