I got a notice of a missed call. There was no message left. I did not call the number.
Scammers- I think the cell providers give out the numbers of pre pay cell customers to these people - anyone else on a pay as you go plan?

It Is really annoying.
left no message, but I have been getting slammed lately on my cell phone re: "A warranty on a vehicle you may currently own, may or may not be about to expire."
Message to unknown caller: You may or may not be getting on my nerves. Wait. YOU ARE getting on my nerves. Knock it off. Leave me alone. Get a real job.

Just got a call. I pretended to have a late model car (2006 Toyota Corolla with 44,000 miles), until getting a quote for a warranty. I told them I needed to talk to my wife first before deciding and that I would like a number where I can call them back. She said her call center does not receive calls, so she would need to call me back at a specific time. I said, I'd rather call them. I asked for a website. At that point, she hung up on me. At least I got the fun of delaying her from calling another person.
missed a call from that number but got one from 219-253-2323
about factory warrenties on cars. I don't even own a car!
I hate these people

Tried to call back on a different phone and the number was busy.
Called the number back and it is "temporarily out of service"
Bogus auto warranty call.
I got a call at 12:15 PM EST on my at&t cellphone. I have been getting a lot of calls all numbers are reported on the internet related to car warranty. Not picking up unknown numbers is a good but on the flip side I might miss an urgent call because of these morons.
Call Monon Telephone Company 219-253-6601
, or 1-800-531-7121
as they are the carrier. Request to know who the number has been issued to.
Next step for the culprit is Federal Court when I find out.
Called my AT&T 3 days ago, and i answered to hear the automated voice "this is the 2nd notice that the warranty on your vehicle is about to expire." i waited through the message and it says "press 1 for more info blah blah, or press 2 to be removed from this list." i pressed 2 and it said thank you and hung up. they called me again this f'n morning from a different number 916-219-8163
. f'n scumbags. we should have public stonings for nuisances like this, and i would should cast the first stone.
Got a call from this number, didn't answer (checked this page instead). An automatic operator began leaving a message but stopped. The only snippet that got recorded was "more than the cost of repair." I assume a warranty message.
This is the 2nd notice that the warranty may be about to expire on your vehicle... At this point I hung up. Car is 11 years old. The warranty expired years ago.
they called me too and I ingored their call.
No idea. on my cell, 11:28 am edt.
same story, but i have tmobile
Called me on AT@T. Did not answer.
Called my Verizon cell. Pieces of shit.
They called my sprint cell phone. Automated message. I have no new cars, and a "secret" cell phone number. Thus they just dial numbers, and hope that it is a valid phone number. They have no idea who they reach, or if the person they reach has a car....
says it was about car warrenty
