I got some spanish speaking automated voice prompting system. I don't speak spanish. I didn't select any options and it hung up on me.

Message in Spanish, female voice telling me I won $1,000 and to press 1 to claim it.

The last time they called (2/12) it was from 217-999-6868, obviously spoofing the number(s). I didn't answer either time. My machine picked up, they left a really brief recorded message in Spanish. I didn't try to call either number back.

called em back using numberless voip, let their supposedly 'disconnected number' recording repeatedly play, listened to their then recorded statements of your call will be disconnected until it actually disco'd me (made sure I used up all the time I could so's to hopefully bog down what obviously is a crank calling disturbed individual, that or just as likely, one of those 'charge-off' bill collectors looking to try and either annoy us and/or trick us into thinking that the 2 yr statute of limitations doesn't apply (all while using their voip).
