scam
Called claiming it was "imperitive" that I call them back and gave a 1-800 number. AS I have never in the 14 years I've been with Bank of America recieved such a call I figured it was a scam and didn't call back.
Then they called my Brother in another state, and then my Mother in another state, both calls the person was rude and harrassing.
Called Bank of America's fraud division and the mysteriously "can not confirm or deny that these calls were made from a legitimate agency of Bank Of America" but that "we'll put you on a no-call list which will take 30days to take effect."
This sounds to me like it was them adn they don't want to admit it.

ID theft scam. Didn't know who they were calling. Asked repeatedly for personal information, including social security numbers and multiple credit card numbers (we didn't give them that information).
