I've been getting 2-3 calls each day from this company. No message is ever left.

I called back and asked who the company was: National Enterprise System calling on behalf of Bank of America. Since I do not have any business with BoA I asked that they cease calling me. I advised them that my numbers are on the Do Not Call Registry and their listings are up-to-date. He asked for the number they're calling in error, I replied that it's in the database and that all they have to do is make sure that none of the numbers they call are in the registry and they'll be fine.

He asked for my numbers (all of them) again. I refused to do so, because I don't know who he is or how to get a hold of him. I don't know if he's credible or if he is going to put my other numbers into rotation. I reiterated "Just make sure you're in compliance with the Telecommunications Protections Act and aren't calling people who's numbers are on that list and you'll be fine. "Sir, there are millions of numbers on that list." Exactly, and he shouldn't be calling a single one of them.

In the meantime, keep calling, please. I'm recording each call and his failure to comply with the TCPA will simply result in treble damages.

I asked for his name so I could subpoena him if this has to go to court -- he hung up on me.
