against
recording
answer and get a recording. wait and listen to the entire stupid message about getting help with mortgage, blah blah blah... make it to the options statement of the recording and you can choose 1 to speak to a rep or press 3 to be removed from their marketing list. I have gotten this call several times and have hit 3 every time until today. I decided to attempt to talk with one of them. so i hit 1, and it then rings and someone answers. I begin to explain to them that I get calls multiple times a day from them and then they hung up on me. you cannot call them back because the number is listed as disconnected or changed via Verizon Wireless. Does anyone know the actual name of these assholes who are calling? company name? so i can file a claim against them for harrassment?

I have been getting these calls from this number for over a yr and sometimes other numbers with the same recording about lowering your interest rate on your credit card. Can anyone find out who this is so I can launch a class action law suit against these clowns?
