Sounds just like "Rachel from Card Services".
Hit 5 to be connected to someone who wanted my PECO account information, and hung up when I asked for information about their plan.

Caller (computer) said my request would be processed in 24-48 hours, but I never said anything. I tried to call them back and couldn't connect.

Here's a helpful comment I saw on another blog that works; I seem to be on a bunch of callers list but at least it lead me to this post that works; getting calls from 215-394-19xx (last 2 digits varies). Either call 307-223-0458 or send an email to service@callerhelp.org; give the caller's phone number to verify the do not call request will be effective and your receiving phone number to remove it from the caller's list and it'll stop the phone calls.

Called today, (from 2153941991) didn't answer and they left no message. They use mulitple numbers 215-394-19xx. Based on a lot of posts online these are telemarketers trying to get you to switch who supplies your electricity. If you continue to get harassing calls regarding this it might also help to complaint to the PA Public Utilities Commission which oversees utility suppliers.

Tell them you have no electricity supplier as your home is power completely by windmills, solar panels, donkeys constantly turning a large wheel in your yard and a bio-generator that burns the donkey dung
