I got a call from 215-286-8824 telling me that some information got corrupted in the Comcast Customer Complaints database, the person also said that I filed a complaint online with my online userid.

The fact is: I did not file any complaint. I asked him about the userid but he said it got corrupted and that is why he is calling.

Basically they have my phone number and my name, so if it was a real Comcast call they would have my userid too. Not mentioning that, Comcast always records phone conversations and informs the client about it (as it is required by law), but this person did not mention any recordings.

I hope Comcast will hit on these people as these calls are bad for Comcast's reputation too.
