Received this call from a foreign guy who asked to speak with Ms. "MY LAST NAME". I said who is this and what do you want. He was very hard to understand and there was a lot of chatter/noise in the background. It obviously sounded fishy to begin with. He said "You have this computer?" And I asked him to repeat cause I couldn't understand him. When he repeated I told him I didn't have a computer that he had the wrong number. It was obviously a scammer!
They called me and it was clearly in India... the typical chatter in the background of the other scammers in the call center. He kept trying to get me to go onto my computer and press certain buttons on the keyboard... which I didn't. I kept questioning him as to who he was and why I should do this, just to string him along for a while for my own entertainment, BUT it might have bit me in the behind because I am now having problems with my computer. A friend who is very computer savvy said, because my phone and internet are with Comcast he may have been able to get onto my computer by the sheer fact that I was stringing him along on the call. I think it is best if you just hang up immediately so that you dont have any problems.

Rec a call saying they are windows support. They need access to my computer. I played for 7 minutes and pretended I did not understand. Then I said your good to go. He said in a Spanish accent he could not get in. I said no, I just linked you to homeland security. He panicked and hung up...lol.
