I have gotten several calls from this number. Thank God for caller ID.

Apparently, Homecomings is the servicing company for GMAC. Recently, they started calling if you haven't paid your mortgage by the 1st of the month, even though you have a 15 day grace period and don't get assessed late fees until the 15th. They must be in dire straits or worried about their financial position to make this change in operating basis.

Their choice of servicer sucks. If they want a better response, they'd better hire some humans to make the calls. There's no way I'm going to answer with my social security number to an automated dialer who calls me.

Stupid dumb fucks.

This number just called me and I don't have a mortgage with them. I do have one with GMAC. The automated call wanted me to verify my ID and to enter the last 4 of the primary's social security number. I'm not doing that for someone I don't know. The caller ID said Homecomings Fin.

If a company is calling constantly, this is considered harassment, and you can report them to Comptroller of the Treasury. This happened to me with Capitol One. They called as much as 10 times per day, 6 days per week. They made my cell phone service unusable. I wrote to them telling them only to contact me by letter, then began to keep a log of their calls, which I used to file my report to Comptroller of the Treasury. It too awhile, and I had to file the report twice, but eventually they stopped.

I hate this company I refinanced a client of mine from Homecoming and they gave us the hardest time, every request I needed it they required the client to do a three way conversation EVERYTIME and they always sent the wrong stuff and now that my client refinanced out, they reported her on her credit 3 months later after their loan was paid off. they are a bunch of arsewholes there. I am now sending a letter to the fax number 319-236-4651 but it seems like someone is picking it up and it doesn't go through. I are the worst lender to deal with.

These people are real jerks for sure! My mother has her second mortgage through them and before she went in for heart surgery she had called and asked them to work with her, because of the medical costs, and being out of work she didnt want to get behind on her mortgage, they told her that there was nothing they could do for her because she was not delinquent. She called a few months later when she was and they told her there was nothing that they could do for her because she was not current. Then (her first mortgage was more than willing to work with her) the collection calls started. My mother works two jobs, and is trying to play catch up with all of her bills from her TWO heart surgeries that she had to have within the same year. (yes she has went through this with them time and again, they do credit checks on her which brings down her score and then she can't get refinanced through a different company) So anyway the calls started, every day, then more than once a day, then on weekends, then at all hours of the day every day of the week. The automated system would even call and harass us when there was nobody at the office because it was not within business hours. After months of my mother trying over and over again to get these AH's to work with her (and being put into near tachycardia AGAIN because of the rudeness of their associates) I finally had had enough. The day after she went round and round with them and was transferred to countless departments all telling her a different song and dance they called again! I answered. I got the automated system. I pressed the number to talk to an operator and I waited, and waited and waited. When she finally came on the line I demanded to know the address that I could send a letter requesting for the calls to stop. I had to go round and round with her because she would not give me that info unless i verified who I was. (I was trying to get out of completely impersonating my mom) So I ended up giving the last four of her SSN (yes i know her whole SSN) and the address and phone number. I told her that Homecomings had been informed on numerous occasions that "I" (Yes I pretended to be my mother) was at work and that "I" work two jobs and still the harassing calls continued to the point that it was every hour!!! She said then they would only be able to contact me through the mail, I told her that was fine with me because I wanted the calls to stop. She gave me a fax number 319-236-4651 I told her that I didn't ask for a fax # I asked for a mailing address. This took her a while to pull up on the computer ***Homecomings PO Box Waterloo, IA 50704-0780. She then stated that she had something she needed to discuss with me first, I told her that there was nothing more for me and her company to discuss. That "I" had went through too much with them over the last few months and that yesterday was the last straw. I told her that "I" was now prepared to write and send letters to my local news stations as well as some national news stations, Jim Oberstar (local congressman) and the Minnesota atty Gen. Letting all of them know exactly the type of business practices this company has with their clients and exactly how they treat those with heart conditions. Then I demanded (Yes I was getting very worked up by this time thinking about everything my mom has gone through with them) I demanded to know just who their CEO was, because I wanted to CC him the exact letter that I was sending out to everybody else. She had to take quite a long time to look this up and to "get the spelling of the name correct" His name is Tom Molina (Real hard huh?) and he is based out of the Dallas TX office (I asked that address and she would not give it up only told me to look it up on the website of their sister company) The next day my mom got a call from them again and this time they were willing to put her mortgage into their solutions center.

These people keep calling me up to 6 times a day looking for someone else. I cannot seem to get through to a human being or leave them a msg to say that they are harassing me and I am clueless to whom they are trying to locate!

This phone number called me 214-874-2992, but by the time I got to my PERSONAL CELL PHONE to answer the call (after about 3 rings) they hung up without saying a word. I have had problems in the past with Homecoming Mortgage calling my cell phone and have called the company and requested for them to NOT call me anymore. Our mortgage is NOT with this company, and I have no clue who the person is that they are looking for. I've had my cell phone number for well over 5 years now and until recent months have not had problems with people trying to get ahold of former cell number holders/owners and Homecomings is the only one I've had problems with.

Every time my payment doesn't get processed within 5 days of due date they sick their computer caller on me and call constantly. They call early in the morning on weekends. By contract I have 15 days grace. These people are absolute JERKS. I get my statement on the 20th and it's due the 21st. JERKS!

They are asking for someone else, not me. I try to call them back to tell them they have the wrong person/number and they ask for an account number which I have never had with them. They do not give me any number to select to talk with anyone human so I can tell them to cease and desist. I get anywhere from 1 to 3 calls per day from this phone number.

I too get these phone calls. Call them back at 1-800-850-4622 and keep pressing 0 till you get a person. Also go to any homecomming financial site on the enternet and click on and off the site, this cost them money per click. If want to play this game you can at least cost them lots of money by using the internet and toll free number.
