From other boardl
"I receive about 5 calls per day from this phone number. I answered twice and they asked to speak to someone who doesn't live at my residence. I demanded that they take me off the call list and they continue to call. Sometimes when I answer they just hang up on me without saying a word. I called back and could not get a direct response from anyone. I had to follow a series of touch tone responses to finally talk to a representative who told me there was nothing he could do to help me. I am currently a Bank of America customer but will be closing my accounts with them since this is the latest in a long series of charades I have had to put up with involving this bank. This kind of harassment is unacceptable."

I read another board and one guy got their name. They have NOTHING to do with Bank of America.
Their name is Global Contact Services in Seagoville, TX
Probably the best thing to do is call Bank of America and report it, since this scam outfit is using BOA's name on their Caller ID and is giving BOA a bad name - not that Bank of America were bright and shiny to begin with :-)
BOA should have enough clout to put an end to those scammers.
