I received a call today saying they were my credit card processor and they were to verify that I received the letter about the new rates. The clerk then asked me to get my statement, which I told here it wasn't mailed to this address. Then when asking her to what address it was mailed to, she replied, "we're not allowed to give out that information" It's a scam.. I hung up!

Caller said wanted to discuss interest rate on my charge account. Asked me to get my last statement to go over it on the phone. I said I would not do this over the phone.I suggested he write his request on his letterhead and mail it to me. When I received it and checked it out, I would respond. He said Good Bye and hung up.

This is one of at least 3 companies owned by Steve Odom doing credit card processing. They are NOT direct processors, but a "middleman" company. They do business under Tridata Inc, Main Street Processing, and Datalink Bankcard Services. All out of the same address 3505 Token Drive Richardson Texas. They are breaking the rules to try to keep business and overcharge for service not received. Stay away and report them to your local authorities !

Called and asked for the owner of the business. I told the guy calling that I was the owner, he didn't identify his company and kept asking how my business was doing and wanted to carry on a general conversation. I hung up the phone.

A man called asked to speak to the owner of the business, when I told him I was the owner he did not identify himself or the company he represented. He kept asking how my business was doing and wanting to carry on a general converstion. I hung up on him.

They did not leave a message, then again, they keep talking to my fax machine... (GRIN)... I suspect they are a telemarketer.

They appear to be a Credit Card Processing Business out of Richardson TX, there is a TF number of 866/301.6554 listed for them. I suspect they are 'soliciting' clients for their C/C processing services, they keep calling my personal, private and unlisted fax number that is also registered on the DNC registry. In tough economic times, some businesses will bend/break the law if they can make a buck, pay a small fine and write it off as "doing business" (just like Bottom-Feeding Debt Buyers do).
