Obviously this so called "Legal Assistant" isn't very bright. Mr. Lewis is a Private Investigator retained by power of attorney to assist merchants in recovering and filing bad checks. Mr. Lewis doesn't need to have authority to issue a warrant, he has power of attorney to file on behalf of merchants that retain his services. If you don't intend to make good on a check then you shouldn't write them. If you don't intend to pay back the loan then you shouldn't apply for it. There are consequences for every situation.

Pay day loans are unsecured debts and are not bad checks and will not be prosecuted as such. You will not go to jail for a pay day loan. 'Mr. Lewis' is impersonating an officer and does not have the authority to issue/get a warrant for your arrest. SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!!
