This just goes to show how livid we all are at these people. We are taking time out to research them. Let's not fail to mention the amount of times I have called them back to rage at whomever I could get on the phone. They have called my home @ 7:30am till 9pm. I have asked to speak to a supervisor 12 times and have always been hung up on. They say that "they" are located in Canada.
I also will report them to the attorney general in my state. Is there anything else that can be done?

I have been getting calls from Transcon Data from different places and tel numbers. I have reported them to the Attorney General in my State. Others should do the same. Put them out of business.

Report RICHARD HELM and TRANSCON DATA CORP. to the NATIONAL CONSUMERS LEAGE FRAUD CENTER and every other fraud report you can. Here is the form for the NCLFC:

https://secure.nclforms.org/nficweb/nfic.htm

This is not a telemarketer. This is not a collection agency. THIS IS A SCAM aimed at getting credit info from you for use in identity theft. Do not call back EVER. You call back and then they call you more and more till you get frustrated and give in.

Go ahead and type "Richard Helm" and "Transcon" into any search engine and see how many cell numbers across the country (and internationally) they are using to fish for people's information.

If they are calling you on your cell phone, go online to your provider's website ad enter the number into your blocked numbers list. Then you'll never get a call from them again. Don't have a list or you have a land line? Call your provider and report the number to them and ask them to block it from your account. Done. No more fake calls from them.

If you have given information to Transcon Data Corp. (which is not a company - its a rented office run by a few thieves) call your credit and/or banking institution right away to change any passwords and to have new cards with new numbers sent to you. Pay nothing. Report everything. Protect your identity.

These people call my home 5-6 times a day saying they can reduce my credit card debt, if I press number one to be taken off the call list, they hang up on me, if I talk to a lady and tell her to stop calling, they hang up on me. I can't take it anymore, the messages clog my answering maching. The guy's name on the message is Richard Helm. They call as early as 8 in the morning, 7 days a week.

This place is rediculuos!!! The first time they called @ 8:30am, I told them I am a mother of twins and do not want to be on their list and that they call too early...she hung up on me. I called back and waited to speak to someone and they hung up on me again. I called a 3rd time and asked for a supervisor, then they hung up on me again. This place is unbelieveable!!!! The fourth time I called, I told the person I was going to report them and they hung up on me AGAIN!!!

These people keep calling my cell. They are the only solicitation call I get on my cell. I think my cable company (Time Warner) might have sold my number to them, not sure though. After months of just hanging up I finally stayed on the phone and talked to a person to have my number removed. They never did. I have asked three different times to be removed and still receive calls.

The have called daily for more than a month using 2 different numbers. Today I pressed 1, curtly asked to be removed (2nd time doing this). Thickly accented man assured me he would do so immediately and asked my phone number. I gave it to him, doubting that he was actually writing anything down. When I asked him to repeat it back, he hung up on me.

Called my cell phone 3 times in the last hour. I finally pressed one to talk to a person and ask them to take me off of their list. The woman (with a VERY strong accent) kept asking me if I wanted to get out of debt. I told her I'm not in debt and I want my number removed...she hung up. When I called back the recording told me to press "one" to be removed from their calling list...pressing "one" disconnects the call.

Called my work number and I answered. At first it's an automated message about debt consolidation. I hit 1 to continue to talk to a person. The woman that answered had a strong foreign accent and kept asking if I had any credit card debt. I told her to TAKE MY NAME OFF YOUR LIST! She hung up on me. ;)
