Actually, at this point, it may be justified to block the entire OCN 6927 (DigitCom) call origination nuisance area. Of course, with number portability, it's quite possible that there are a FEW numbers there that are no longer in the Los Angeles area.
In area code 213, we see NXX-XXXX, where NXX is one of: 333, 363,366, 504, 517, 702, or 710. There are also numbers in the SAME SWITCH, in area codes 310, 323, 408, 415, 510, 562, 626, 661, 714, 805, 818, 909 and 949. The same TelCo also services several other areas of California from a couple of other switches. At this point, there is no (good and valid) reason for my phone to even ring, when the origin of the call starts with 213-333, 213-363, 213-366, 213-504, 213-517, 213-702, nor 213-710. I *do* think the same nuisance caller has also come from 213-504-7030
