Received a call on my cell phone early in the week of 9/21/2009. Caller ID registered no name and no message was left.
Automated telephone call made to my cell phone about lowering my interest rate.
Caller asked when they should come to service our security system. When I said we hadn't called he repeated my phone #.
The caller ID showed Capital Service 213-504-7074.
A recorded message from "Stacy" said "press 1 to lower your interest rate"
I pressed 1 and was connected to a person.
I asked the person to put my number on their do not call list and never to call me again
What a fucking waste of time ( for all of us and for them ).
took the automated call 5:38pm MDT "(Ms)Stacy, Account Holder Services..etc." pressed 1 "(Mr.)Henry,(static) ... Company: Debt Free Life... said he was in Florida..chat..chat.. (sounded Talog or Hindi NOT Spanish speaker of English) ...inquired- Multi-lingual...

This company continues to call me at work and at home. When phoning the number back there is a super-quick message that says "Thank you for calling Zapped(sp), if you wish to be removed from our calling list please press one".
I've blocked them at home with my call block service and have sent complaints repeatedly to the FTC.
Whoever this company is IS ANNOYING.

This was a pre-recorded message saying that it was urgent that I call regarding my credit card accounts and, although there was nothing wrong with my accounts, I may be eligible...at this point I hung up and reported them to the Do Not Call Registry.
