George Lucas now! I'd think he'd be able to afford a new item locally.

I just received a text message from Robert Wall responding to an ad I just put on Craigslist. This is an LA number but I am in Indiana. Asking if I still have my item. What gets me is, I never posted my area code to weed out the scammers. Looks like they have figured something out how to get the area code even when not posted in the ad.

"Kevin Williams" texted me on Craigslist (poor english). Claimed to be a rancher wanting to send a check and have someone pick up the items.. it is clearly a scam and similar to many other claims by his potential victims. Definitely a scam!

Same here "Kevin Williams" texted me from a Craigs list ad. His story sounded strange. Claimed be was a rancher and wanted me to take a check and would wait for it to clear and then he would send mover to pick up the items...I am not going to reply back feels like a scam!

I just received an inquiry from that same number. As previously mentioned, he used bad English. The name "Kevin Williams" appeared on the text message. I told him the item was sold.

Yep...me too. He sent me a check from Bank Of America from a closed account. Eric Cole was his claimed name and he spoke horrible English.

I received a text message from this number asking if my item on Craig's List was still for sale. They have bad English and they said their name was Chris Tucker. I did not reply.
