Got a call with a robo-prompt. Spoke to a woman from Credit Mgmt claiming I owed Time Warner Cable $90 from 2010. I'm a current TWC customer & have been for over 8 years. She wanted me to give her my credit card # for immediate payment. I refused since they hadn't sent a bill & my last TWC statement was current. I got her info & called TWC's billing dept. They looked at my accounts going back three years & said nothing was due and that my account was paid up to date. The TWC agent said this was the third call he had gotten in the past week & it was a scam, took down the info & sent it to their fraud dept. NEVER give your cc# over the phone, unless you initiate the call. SCAM!
