Tabatha, any phone number with 100 or 000 as the exchange is a spoofed or phony phone number. In addition the phone number you have posted this under is also spoofed as it has too many numbers to be genuine. Most likely the person calling you is using some kind of VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) service to call you, so they can set any number to display on your caller ID.

It is always a man.He calls from several numbers . Sometimes he just says hello and others he says nothing. One time he was speaking but his accent was so strong i could not understand him. H will call back to back several times a day since i got my number for about 6 months. These are the other numbers too 403-000-32526
