I asked to be removed form their call list
....no reply but the slamming of the phone.
Next time these people call I'll be playing the game and string them along to waste their time.
Automated message saying your credit card rate can be lowered and to press 9 to get started. By pressing 9 you'll be transferred to a rep who will insist they did not call you but that you contacted them. They won't give you any information. They will be rude and hang up on you. They are looking to scam information from you. They don't follow the rules of the do not call list and they laugh at it like it's a joke.
English accented female voice talking about credit cards. I hung up after 5 seconds.
Next time these people call---boy are they going to get an hour of CRAP that gets them no where!!!!!
Called but left no message
"Hello, this is rachel at cardholders services calling in reference to your current credit card accounts. There are no problems currently with your account, it is urgent that you contact us concerning your eligibility for lowing your interest rate to as little as 6.9%. your eligibility expires shortly so please consider this your final notice"
I have gotten 2 calls a day from these people. Every time I get through to a CSR, I end up getting cussed at for suggesting that the 'Do Not Call' list applies to them as well....
